This is a stunning location and the perfect place to relax. Appin Holiday Homes are surrounded by towering snow capped mountains and have a tranquil feel. And yet you are within easy reach of the town of Oban and just 500m from the local inn where you can enjoy fine local produce and a relaxing drink. This is an outstanding place for nature lovers as the area has an abundance of wildlife and there are some fantastic walking paths to explore.

The Loch is the highlight of the location and fishing is free. You can also bring your own boat or dingy. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 3 golf courses which are nearby. Pony trekking is also available in the area. Other local facilities include a shop, garage and post office as well as a quality restaurant. The castle and Sea Life Centre are all within 4 miles and are ideal for family days out.

Accommodation is in modern Loch Creran caravans which are 12ft wide and have two bedrooms. Station House bungalows are recommended for larger groups with three bedrooms and central heating, or you could opt for the Loch Creran lodges which are of a traditional style and sleep up to four people.
