Newperran offers you the best of both worlds – all the rural tranquility of Cornish farmland combined with everything you need for fun-packed family holidays.

A heated swimming pool with a large sunbathing terrace kids' paddling pools and play areas are among the fantastic amenities together with excellent opportunities for golf fishing riding and surfing nearby. An outstanding touring base bustling Newquay is just 5 miles Truro's cobbled streets and wonderful shopping only 15 minutes' drive. A spectacular array of activities and attractions are within easy reach.

The caravans are all comfortable and well equipped varying in size to suit your needs. The Lymington 6 Caravan and the Seville Caravan both sleep 6 and are great value for money. The Caprice caravan was new in 2009 and is a 12ft wide caravan with double glazing and central heating. For larger parties the Lymington 8 Caravan and the Rio 8 Caravan sleep 8. The Rio 8 is new in 2010 and has one double and two twin rooms.
