\"WemyssWemyss Bay<\/a> is a very popular holiday park and many guests return year after year. The park is packed with facilities many of which are free of charge, so it is perfect for a UK family holiday on a budget. The site is situated just 40 minutes drive from Glasgow in a small coastal village affording spectacular sea views across the Firth of Clyde. The location allows easy access to all that the beautiful South west of Scotland has to offer. <\/p>\n

The site has a fun and friendly atmosphere and there are plenty of activities to keep the whole family happy. There is a superb indoor swimming pool and the site has a water resorts activity programme. Other facilities include a sports field, nature trail, toddlers paddling area, sauna, restaurant, chip shop, take away and club house with evening entertainment. For children there are several kid’s clubs offering age appropriate activities in a safe and welcoming environment.<\/p>\n

Accommodation is in a range of caravans sleeping from 6-8 people. If you are trying to have a holiday on a tight budget then the Byron caravan is ideal and has one double bedroom, one twin and one room with bunk beds suitable for children. The Burns is another budget friendly option and is similar but with additional sleeping space for 2 in the living area.
