If you want tranquility with lovely views, lovely caravans and friendly staff this is the site for you. Our children aged 8 and 14 also liked the outdoor pool, we will be visiting again.

The arcade is very disappointing as there was nothing in there. The caravan itself was lovely . Wasn't made to feel welcome as a young lad who works behind the bar was giggling about us as soon as we walked in with the other staff . The food menu only has 4 choices , and the dessert menu was ice cream only . Waiting for ages to be served within the bar and cabaret bar itself even though staff was present . There is nothing to do in the park itself. The swimming pool was only a good thing facility wise . Wouldn't recommend it, and it's a shame as the views surrounding the caravan park were lovely .

Cooker was not very well cleaned . The site was not very well managed as there were a lot of things that could make the place better than it was. The office staff were very nice both arriving and when we left .L gave my feedback to one of the staff and he thanked me for it hope they take on board what i mentioned as it will make a difference . All things said we still had a nice time .

I don’t think we had this caravan as picture had a decking at the front & ours didn’t, The bar was closed for 2 if the days we were there & no food on the days it was open

Caravan was not cleaned to a decent standard. Visible dirt on floors, sticky stains on counter! Dirty crockery. Did not read the small print so pool was not open for season. Not much to do on site.

Would have been a good holiday if it weren’t for the rude staff who refused to heat the pool after repeated requests from our children despite it being advertised as a heated pool at time of purchase. Extremely disappointing, although caravan was spotless and location is pretty. Nothing to do though so a waste of money.

Excellent clean fresh caravan. Only issue is no path to actual stair which resulted in mud bath x

Can thoroughly recommend to others. We stayed out of a need for accommodation to see a sick relative. The location was lovely and peaceful and suited the purpose of our stay.

This was a brand new caravan in its first season so was in excellent condition, one problem was the microwave oven which was so complicated nobody on the staff knew how to work it .
William, Bolton Lancs
Date of stay: 12th October 2019
Overall a very enjoyable place to visit. The only downside is the distance you have to travel to get to the nearby towns such as Lancaster,Morecambe or Garstang. But then I guess the seclusion is the charm of this quiet and lovely site.
Would I book again??. Yes I certainly will.

Steven
Cracking park , outdoor pool games room pool, snooker, darts . Food reasonable friendly staff. Tucked away a bit but a good base for Blackpool, Morombe etc .
Sharon
Absolutely love cockerham sands. Great walks great views. It’s a quiet site but everything you need is there. It is in middle of nowhere so a car is necessary if you want to venture out ?
Patricia
Caravan very clean & well furnished. We had a very good weekend. We have been a few times & will be back soon.
Katy
Caravan was great and site had good facilities. Pool was great but could have been a bit warmer for the little ones. We were told we could check in at 3pm but when we arrived at 3:10 the caravan wasn’t ready until 3:45, member of staff behind reception wasn’t very helpful and a little abrupt. Overall we had a great holiday, entertainment at night was great and we enjoyed days out to morecambe, Lakeland maize farm and Blackpool.
Heather
Black bags in the caravan would be useful and towels would save on the packing. Don’t forget to bring towels as no where to buy any. The shop is very reasonable and very helpful staff.
