We never once saw the restaurant open in the 7 days we were there hence why 1 star. The caravan was big enough for all 7 of us how ever in one of the bins in the bedroom was a sanitary towel which was not nice to see, the pull out sofa bed kept folding up so was to dangerous to sleep on so we spent the 7 night sleeping on the cushions on the floor, we also had to go and find someone as there were no pillows or bed linen for the pull out sofa bed

Really lovely caravan with excellent position right on the beach.
First time to Norfolk and it didn't disappoint.

Considering we were in a pet friendly caravan it was in great condition. Thank you to Alice as well, lovely surprise to have been upgraded.
A lovely long weekend and the weather was kind to us which was a bonus.

We had a lovely relaxing week, caravan was warm and comfortable, clean, instant hot water, great to be able to take the dog and loved having a beach front position!

Lovely place, lovely stay location spot on right on the beach in between the club house and the Never Turn back pub ( 2 minutes from both ) The Club house have very friendly accommodating staff with facilities for children and dog friendly the Never Turn back do gorgeous food and are also dog friendly with a separate restaurant. A great cafe upon entry to Eastern Beach with Fish and chip shops around the corner and a 5 minute walk to another pub The Ship, Lidl 10 minutes away and if you don't drive the bus will take you into Great Yarmouth, or a walk on the beach will take you to Great Yarmouth if you turn right turn left will take you to Hemsby. Everything for all ages is there for all, will definitely be returning thank you.

We arrived at the caravan park 2.5 hrs early to see if we could leave the car there. Our caravan was ready so we were given the key. Bonus. Caravan was a beachfront location with lovely sea and beach views. Caravan was equipped with almost everything you could want and need. One thing which would improve it would be towels as you get bedding included with these caravans. One problem we had was the tv reception. Some days you got all channels with occasional interference, other days you had some channels and not all, sometimes none with awful interference. These were the main channels not the extras. It was great that you could actually park next to the caravan. Overall we had a lovely holiday. We did not use any of the on site facilities so are unable to comment about these.

Overall the Parkview was great, fantastic location & so close tot the beach ( within 1 second walk from the caravan). The caravan was very clean & trendy but a little bit to tight for 4 adults & 2 dogs ( even if it was a 2 bed caravan). Would rather preferred a bigger caravan which would be perfect for 2 adults & 1 dog. The furniture & fittings were all updated & new. Again a bit expensive for one week rental. If the price was cheaper we would definitely be back again. I would recommend the great location of the caravan park:)

Van was very small parking very tight could do with loosing some vans as very on top of each other for space but lovely views as we had a sea front view would think other vans would be disappointed

Compact and spotless. Only criticism was the lack of kitchen knives, we only had one large sharp knife which was a bit hefty for chopping food. Other than that we were comfortable and happy.

Will recommend, and rebook.

Beautiful little site :) not over crowded .... the caravan number 8 is beautiful and a lovely view to the beach and also a few steps down and your on the sand.... lovely place can't rate it enough! looking to book again for next year (very peaceful and tranquil) Caravan fresh , clean and well equipt and looked after. Highly reccomend :)

Fantastic place to stay for exploring East Norfolk and surrounding area. We chose to stay in beach front caravan which had beautiful a view and clean, comfortable and ready to take over long before the suggested time. We had a fantastic time and will be booking again for next year. I would highly recommend Eastern beach.

Great location, literally seconds from the beach. Very quiet. Launderette on site and bar. Had a games room and amusements room but weren't open in the week we were there. Takeaways and shops local. Great for direct beach access.

If you're looking for a place to find some peace and quiet, this is ideal. We arrived a few minutes early but were still welcomed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite bar was not noisy or rowdy even at night. The whole site felt like a family. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk away and isn't crowded. If you're looking for a place to take your dog(s) on holiday, then Caister is the place to go. Everywhere welcomes them. :) There is no onsite restaurant but places to eat are fairly close by and I thoroughly recommend the Manor Cafe which is just up the road from Eastern Beach. Excellent home-cooked food prepared while you wait and plenty of it. Service was second to none.

Beautiful beach front caravan, very clean and had everything we needed. Had an issue with the TV not working but the handyman sorted it. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. We were so impressed that we have booked again for next year for 2 holidays.
