Lovely lodge, spacious for the 6 of us. Always love our stays at Florence Springs.

This accommodation was outstanding. It was spotless and the view over the lake is beautiful

A great location. Ideal for my needs.

The lodge was very clean. Beds very comfortable. Welcome pack which included the basics was very welcomed. Maybe an extra roll of toilet paper for the bigger lodges should be given, but aside from that no feedback at all.

This was our second visit to Florence Springs but this time in a larger lodge. Plenty of room for 7 of us although storage lacking particularly in the bathrooms.. Three children under 8 and plenty to occupy them with Heatherton activity centre close by. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Monterey lodge was beautiful the only downside is the position of the hot tub, all other lodges it seems to be in front of the windows, in the Monterey it’s right on the end where there is a gale force wind coming down the side of the lodge, not at all sheltered

Lodge was perfect for us. We have stayed in a lot of lodges and not often they are this clean and fresh smelling. Stunning views of the golf course and sunset above.m

Great, the hot tub could have been warmer and there were a few minor things but all was fantastic overall and the extras on arrival were well received.

Brilliant lodge, highly recommend, although if you want to stay in and cook some nights, take your own dishes and large pans.

Love it ! very clean, very spacious. Hot tub was fab. Only problem was the bigger bedroom. The bed kept on splitting in the middle so me and my partner are falling and didn’t have a very good sleep.

When we arrived we were early and they were just finishing cleaning , they let us in an hr early . The lodge was spotless, we've stayed in a few lodges and this 1 was uo thete with the best . Hot rub was checked every morning then emptied as we were leaving, we would definitely recommend this park ti anyone, we will definitely be back.

The lodge was really comfortable for myself and my family.The decking was very spacious and the hot tub was great.The area surrounding the lodge was near 3 lakes a golf course which you have access to both and the next field over is the resident alpacas ????

Spent a lovely weekend away with my 2 adult children, it was lovely and peaceful, gave us a chance to catch up. Spent most of our time in the hot tub. Had a small problem with the electric oven, but once reported was fixed very quickly.

The reason we keep coming back is down to the ease of booking, flexible payments and pure value for money. The lodges are five star with all you could ever need for a break away. :)

Had a lovely few days staying in the Monterey Lodge, right next to local attractions.Few issues with the bath and shower quickly sorted by the lady at reception who also made sure we had a smooth check in.Very small point was that for a new lodge, I thought the mattresses might be a little more luxurious to go with the superb facilities, but a very small point which did not overshadow our few days away.

Have stayed in a few of the Florence Spring Lodges, and this was probably our favourite. Lovely set up for the kitchen/living room area, plenty of space, and comfortable. Nice views over the rear lake and relatively secluded views for the hot tub. Would stay again.

Was not happy about this at all.The hot tub lights would not work was told the bulb had gone and if we wanted the lights would have to have the hot tub drained, fixed and wait 24 hours before we could use it again.We just went without the lights which was a massive let down for our disabled son who loves the sensory input from hot lights.The walls around the lodge were scuffed and dirty too.On first impressions it defo gives the wow factor. Upon closer inspection it really wasn’t the case.Paid just over £1200 for 4 nights. Expected Better.

A lovely gem of a place for a quiet relaxing break away

Fabulous stay, lovely quiet and compact site. Our lodge, Tulip, had everything we needed. The furnishings were modern and clean. The kitchen area could have benefitted from curtains or blinds on the windows and we didn't have any recycling bins for food or bottles/cardboard. Overall a lovely stay and would totally recommend!

This lodge was absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommend coming here all the lodges are brand new and are beautiful inside and out we had staff come each day to check the chlorine levels in the hot tubs and over all was an amazing place to be and we will definitely be back soon Sian & Aaron Stayed in honeysuckle lodge 11/7 - 15/7

Beautiful lodge in stunning area of Pembrokeshire, near to Tenby and Saundersfoot

Lodge was lovely with superb views, site was peaceful and relaxing.

Amazing place very peaceful and tranquil. Lodge was beautiful comfortable everything we could have wished for and more. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely lodge and the grounds were well kept. Only a couple of things I would suggest some beer glasses would have been nice and a fan. The lodge did get fairly stuffy and a fan just to circulate the air would have been nice apart from that can’t fault it.

Very good. More casseroles dishes and cooking utensils needed and sharper knives.

Lovely lodges,in a beautiful setting. As the lodges are slightly remote, the site would benefit from having a bar/restaurant on site.

Lovely quiet location, plenty to doin area. Conveniently located near adventure parks and short drive to beaches.

We stayed for 4nights with our two young children. It was boiling hot the day we arrived and we’d brought a paddling pool- the staff on site saw this and kindly brought us a hose to fill it quicker. The hot tub (turned down) doubled as a mini pool too which was fantastic. You are so close to so many fantastic attractions and beaches. Our little boy even caught his first fish on the lake. We visited just before school holidays therefore prices were considerably lower. We’ve stayed in a few uk lodges this year and this was definitely the nicest.

My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay here at Lakeside Lodges. Very modern, open-planned living, clean, tidy with all you could need. Plenty of entertainment virtually on-site with amusements and activities at Heathertons. Well maintained parklands. Great hot-tub which was checked and maintained daily and we observed all hot-tubs drained, cleaned and re-filled during check-out. Very reassuring to know that all aspects of the Lodges are looked after and well maintained. The location was perfect - a 5 minute car journey to the coast. Spectacular views and clear blue/green sea. Many different places to eat with a healthy choice to suit all tastes. Tenby Harbour is lovely for a walk around with plenty of photo opportunities. Perfect lodge, perfect location, perfect holiday.
