Visitor Reviews of Harts

Abigail Taylor
It was great , the entertainment was outstanding !!! I loved our caravan . It had great space and we were able to fit 8 people each person with a bed to themselves . There was a sofa bed for a my auntand uncle . There was a 4 single beds for me , my sister and my two cousins and another double bed in a seperate room for my mum and dad . I will definately go again no matter what ! All my sister wanted to do was go to the park . Its such a nice little park where children can go off by themselves. There are shops just out the park so you can get a newspaper and stuff . There are also shops to buy footballs and games .

the caravan itself was it good order the problem came when anybody moved around in the caravan as it shook and vibrated. The parking was a joke it was like wacky races trying to get a spot. not enough parking for the amount of caravans

And ok on that front

The caravan was dirty, we had to be asked for it to be recleaned, the cleaner was lovely but the reception staff were rude. The caravans are nothing like the pictures, the kitchen was smaller, there's no separate dinning space it was just a table in front of the sofa which made it difficult to eat or sit and relax. You're allowed dogs in the caravan but no where else on site. The caravans are extremely close together so you feel on top of everyone.

The caravan was very clean and comfortable. The only less satisfactory aspect was the lack of some items such as hairdryer and an iron.

We left a day early due to the site & area! There was nothing to do & we didn’t attempt to take the children swimming after being told this had to be prebooked at 8am.

The caravan had everything we needed. However, if you want to cook, better bring a larger frying pan with you. We discovered on the second to last evening that the stove did not work but the hob did work ok. On the plus side - radiator in the bedroom (which we did not expect), a small electric towel-rack in the bathroom as well as a pretty efficient gas fire in the lounge. Since it was rather cool, this was very much appreciated.

The caravan was the only good bit of the holiday park shame the site did not have the same standard of maintance and cleanliness as the caravan

We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children - 4yrs and 6mnths) requiring a travel cot. We were hoping that the children could share a room as they do at home however it was not possible to get a travel cot in either of the bedrooms due to lack of space. We decided to up turn the bed in 'our room' and put our youngest in the travel cot in there.

An extremely relaxing holiday with very friendly staff with good facilities

Date of stay: 1st August 2014
A nice place that is close to the beach. Staff helpful, facilities designed for families. Only real negative is the caravans are very close together and neighbouring caravans put furniture/windbreakers across their area leaving a problem accessing your own caravan with your car to be able to load/unload. More generous spacing or tighter rules on spacing would help with this.

I loved my little break away, was only for a weekend with my partner for my birthday but was brilliant! I am already considering for going a week in the summer holidays! See you all again soon!

very happy with the holiday overall. Shops & bus stop right outside the entrance.
Clare
A lovely site right near the beach with great staff and clean facilities
Kate
Fantastic - took 1, 13 and 15 year old so much to do and so many arcades and so close to the beach - it won’t disappoint - swimming pool was a little naff - staff bit rude and had to book at 9.15 in the morning to go that day (ask to book the next day too !)
Jan
I only used the club for a couple of hours. The Cabaret was very good but it was so loud we left. We didn’t use any other facilities on the site. Only stayed two nights. Caravan was perfect but had no chopping board which seemed a bit weird. That was my only criticism.
Pat
Everything you need for a family break and only 10 mins away from the sea
Niraj
Very good caravan and location . We been here 4 times in last 2 years and we enjoyed very well .
Kalee
The best site I’ve ever stayed on. Had a lovely stay, lots to do, walk away from a lovely beach, will definitely be coming back.
Patricia
Second time staying here within 2 months. Absolutely love it. Cannot fault anything. Will be booking again very soon. Thank you to all the staff.
