Date of stay: 11th May 2019
When we arrived at our accomodation everything was very clean and well presented we were very happy to have a closed off veranda so our dog could come and go as he pleased. We did not realise until very late that we did not have any heating or hot water, We contacted the main reception first thing the next day and the problem was sorted straight away, The only negative was that the people in the caravan next door had a lot of dog waste which was left on their veranda for the week we were there
Mark, Llanhilleth

As someone who enjoys relaxation and very high standards I was highly impressed with the summerleaze lodge, the quality of the lodge itself along with the fixtures and furnishings was outstanding my opinion well done white acres.
Gemma, Nuneaton
Date of stay: 29th April 2019
Whiteacres park is set in a lovely area ,the lakes are beautiful and you would be in your element if your a fisherman . Unfortunately on this occasion for my family we found that it was quite a boisterous site , alot of drinkers and families whom allowed their children to run free without supervision, this for me wasnt ideal . It was quite pricey also. The caravan we stayed in was immaculate ,very clean with all the essentials ,with beautiful views this thankfully made our stay better ..... if I was just going for a couples holiday I would use whiteacres ,but it wasnt the right setting for my family , unfortunately.

Date of stay: 26th April 2019
Booked this as a family fishing holiday. We stayed in the Penrose Lodge, it was lovely and clean. A couple of unpleasant surprises in the bedside table & draws. Wont mention what. But to the cleaners defence they cant go around checking every single wardrobe, draw, bedside table etc..
the fishing lakes were beautiful and peaceful.
Swimming pool was very basic and could do with upgrading and having a regular cleaner there. We only swam once, which was enough for me.
One of the most cleanest & quietest holiday lodges weve ever stayed in. We didnt want to go home and wished we stayed longer. Would defiantly go back. Thank you for a memorable stay & we will be coming back soon.

The caravan was very clean and spacious , the scenery from the caravan is beautiful.

Tracey, Ebbw Vale
Date of stay: 13th August 2016
A fair walk to any of the amenities. Outside school holidays I would consider it good value for money, but during holidays the price hike is not good value, especially when you get the same product whatever time of year.

Date of stay: 6th August 2016
Nice caravan, needs a hoover or at least a brush ha ha
Jason, Pencoed
Date of stay: 6th August 2016
The lodge was lovely with great surroundings. Very disappointed with the pool. Only know it's closed to public once you have promised the young children a swim at the end of the day and then have to disappoint them. The lifeguards did nothing when my youngest fell and ended up with a nose bleed. Can't buy a bottle of wine from the bar to take back to the lodge and the chip shop closed.

Nice caravan every thing in but was old but we did have a dog so did not expect top of the range
Emma, Royton
Date of stay: 23rd August 2014
Lovely caravan just in a rubbish location (caravan 60) constant noise from people coming back from the club house at night and constant traffic passing at speed. Bed wasn't the best. Also kids constantly running between our caravan and the one next to us to get to the park quicker by cutting through the trees behind.
Some rude staff including the manager and a lady behind the bar who refused to clean the table we wanted to sit at when there were empty glasses and bottles and drinks spilt she told my husband she didn't have the time to clean it but she could get him a cloth so he could do it himself. We didn't find this attitude acceptable and as this was the first night of our holiday we began to think what the rest of the time we were there would be like.
Jayne, Feltham, Middlesex
Date of stay: 16th August 2014

The lodge was beautiful and clean and had all facilities that worked.
Tanya
We had a long weekend stay in the log cabins. They were clean and spotless and very spacious and child friendly. We were impressed that they had a hours club each day for the 10+ age group each day. We ate in the site restaurant and brought some food in the chip shop. It was great value for money
Ruth
Had a fantastic break. Fishing was amazing. Plenty of variety and really helpful staff in the onsite tackle shop. You can also hire equipment! Restaurant onsite was lovely but gets quite busy around 7pm. Shop onsite is really expensive as you'd expect but there's a morrisons 5 mins away. Bus stop at corner of the site into Truro and Newquay but ideally you need a car. Overall a lovely week away at easter with the kids.
Jane
The accommodation has benefited from a lick of paint. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful. Have been coming here for a few years now and it appears the high standards have returned. Would recommend this park.
Judith
Lovely outlook over the lake
