We stayed a week in the Woodland 1 apartment (Cofton call it ‘Parklands’/Apt 6) and it was lovely!
We were a group of 5 - including grandparents & children.
The apartment is decorated and finished to a beautiful standard - everything from kitchen equipment to bed linen is really lovely quality.
Everything was also spotlessly clean as if no one else had ever stayed there!
The apartment itself is really spacious, spread over 2 floors. The beds are comfy and the Wi-fi is pretty good!
The location is great - very peaceful. Lovely views. There’s a big lawn area in front of the house where the apartments are with some picnic tables and lots of space for kids to play.
One downside of the top floor apt is no direct outside space but we took our coffee or G&Ts down to the lawn!
The apartment did get very warm & a little stuffy as it was so hot while we were there & windows have safety features so don’t open very far. I would recommend taking fans! Or it would be a bonus if they were supplied?!
It is great having use of facilities at nearby holiday park - very nice indoor & outdoor pools. Pretty busy peak season and when there are kids’ swim lessons a large section of indoor pool is closed off.
You can walk to the pool through the woods - it is quite a steep hill and walk takes 20-25 mins!
All in all can’t really fault it and we would absolutely return!
