clean and tidy

Caravan was very comfy! The single beds & pull out bed in the lounge, we all slept very well. Kitchen equipment / utensils were all good too.
Due to COVID-19 we didn’t use the evening entertainment and ate only the once in the Smugglers Cove however when we did it was lovely.
Only one thing I would recommend is some recycling facilities are needed.
Would definitely come back again!

A great place to stay but won't suit those looking for Haven style entertainment. If this is what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. The park is good, if you are after, a low key holiday and a base for exploring the area. I enjoyed it and have booked again for August 2020.

We were extremely happy with our holiday at Waterside. The site was very clean and well kept, our caravan was lovely with a stunning view of the sea and the steam train and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We even had a courtesy call from reception, within an hour of arrival, to check that we were happy with everything.
We didn't use the many of the facilities onsite but everything looked very clean and welcoming. There wasn't a great deal of evening entertainment and the venue was very quiet but that was fine for us and anyone who is happy to play bingo and have a relaxing evening!

All round value for money, would definitely book for this site again

Ended up with a private caravan very nice very clean and the bus service as I have already said to Paignton Brixham and Torquay was absolutely brilliant.
Very nice and relaxing settings especially with the steam train going by.

A nice compact and relaxing site, However better access to the beach would have been good.
It is a great base to start from ie Paignton,Brixham and Torquay to visit

lovely scenic site we could see the steam train pass the caravan which the kids loved to see. caravan was good value for money, the staff very helpful if any issues.

We had a wonderful time at Waterside Holiday Park and would highly recommend it to young and old holiday makers.

I wanted a cheap dog friendly weekend away over bank holiday and found waterside, I was really worried about the reviews, I've had dog friendly caravans before and wasn't expecting the Ritz so I booked. it was a fabulous location, with awesome coastal walks in both directions, few mins walk from a little village with shops and take aways. staff were so helpful and the doggie welcome packs were a lovely touch. the caravan was clean and well postponed, it wasn't brand new and I never expected it to be, I will stay here again, we had a fabulous relaxing break, with coastal walks and a good base to explore the surrounding area, didn't use the pool or go to the club but they looked good.

Excellent value for money and cosy accommodation just outside the main town of Paignton. It was my first experience of staying on a caravan site and I want to come back!

Overall holiday was really nice, the only disappointing thing was with the caravan, when I booked it showed the caravan was complete with decking but this was not the case which was a bit of a let down as both me and my elderly mother are disabled and thought not having it frustrating.

I have visited waterside holiday park since I was a baby I am now 31 we have skipped for the last 5 years due to the park being very noisy and quite unwelcoming but with holidays being difficult with my dogs and a last minute booking my family I thought we would give it a go. Im sooo pleased we did as it has definitely turned around and we WILL be going back asap.

Fabulously sited park, just pray for sunshine as it's at it's best when able to make the most of the outdoor pool and nearby beaches.

Lovely clean and tidy, reception staff very welcoming and phone call follow ups are a great touch. The on-site chef served burnt pizza but sent out another free of charge also much appreciated. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Our holiday at Waterside was absolutely amazing! We had one of the new caravans and it was so gorgeous and cozy! We also had the view of the great western outside our caravan. 100% recommend this for a holiday!

Lovely surroundings, quiet but close enough to public transport to go Brixham or paignton way. My grandson loved watching the steam trains go by . Staff were all very welcoming and helpful x will definitely be back

A lovely site with good facilities. Good location, with easy access to the Coastal Path. Also easy access to local areas by good, local, bus service.

Amazing location. Nice caravan with everything that we needed. Staff were helpful when there was a problem with the internet. Only issue was about ordering food from the restaurant - the ordering site wasn’t working.
