A good clean park. a good 15-20 walk from the beach. The club shop needs enlarging giving a better choice of products.
We thought the caravan was clean and the bedrooms were spacious it plenty of cupboards to put our clothes. We were close to the pool and good place to bring our dog. The caravan was really nice and would stay there again.
Rachael, Gillingham, Dorset
Lovely clean caravan, better than expected, great location to visit local area, kids loved the entertainment & we enjoyed relaxing :-)
Brilliant holiday, have been to the park before and it was still great. It had everything we wanted for the kids an the beach is within a nice easy walk from the holiday park. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
Lovely caravan on a nice park , really nice wide caravan . Site Nothing fancy but enough to keep kids entertained when we were not on the beach . Location was right on the sea front but national railway runs along bottom of park so had to walk to bridge that goes under railway to get to beach and and that made it a 15 walk to beach each day . Web site states 2 minute from beach should also say that this is by car not foot .
this is the 2nd time we have been to this site we know what to expect hope this site never changes , caravan was huge,(not expecting that,) staff buisy but helpfull. site well maintained, convienent location. all in all a good break .
William, Newport Isle Of Wight.
First class holiday park with a fantastic entertainment team. Also bar staff friendly and helpful.Food ls also of a great standard, well done to everyone.
No duvet for one of the children's beds. She had to sleep in her clothes. No double sheet for our bed. No chairs for us to sit around the table and eat together. Not a full set of mugs or glasses.
Bathroom very dirty, toothpaste down the wall, dirty sink, daughter cut her foot on shower drain fitting. Bottles and other rubbish under caravan. I did complain, but only a a duvet was remedied.
John, Willenhall West Midlands
We had a lovely holiday and the accomodation was forst rate. We had the gold so wewere lovely and warm, comfortable too. Would definitley come back.
The best part of the holiday was the amount of fun kids can have here. With young kids for many caravans it's a great place for them to be friendly and play all day long, both at the holiday park and the nearby beaches. It's certainly one of the best holidays especially for the kids.
The facilities were very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. A very clean and well kept caravan park.
Value for money. Good location near to local attractions.
We would recommend this holiday as it was clean and tidy and good value for money.
Excellent location, good facilities, good food, p.s. why go abroad?
Would recommend this site, the kids had a wonderful time there was so much there for them to do and the entertainment was great.
I had a great week down at Dawlish Sands. The camp was great and the entertainment staff were some of the best I have seen at a holiday camp. The camp itself was close to some nice towns and about an hours drive to Dartmoor National Park which is really nice.
It is a fantastic site for families of all ages. The beach is not too far to walk to, great facilities on site and on the whole a quiet site to stay in - no rowdy residents!
I would recommend as the location was excellent and the general facilities very good. The close proximity of the railway station made travel a pleasure as we did not have to use our car at all whilst in Dawlish.
We would recommend this holiday for the childrens entertainment value (primarily Loopy Rabbit) which the staff all gave 100% in their roles to entertain the children and had numerous other activities planned to prevent boredom. Exellent.
