we had a pleasant stay, the reception staff were helpful, even when we had a problem with the shower, the maintenance people came straight out even though it was the evening, we ate most of the time on site as the prices were reasonable and the bar / restaurant staff were so friendly, the site is kept very clean, the shop on site sells everything you will need for your stay and again you weren't overcharged for goods, this all made our stay, and we will definitely be back, next time hopefully without the rain.

My mum & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The caravan was clean and just what we waanted, it was close to everything, but not too close to cause us any noise pollution. The only criticisms that I have are:

1) That mattress protectors are not used. I don't know if this only applies in Bronze caravans or not. We actually went and bought some from the local Tesco store as we didn't want to sleep on mattresses without them.

2) It was naturally assumed (wrongly) that we would be sharing a bed, as it was booked for two people. We were mother & daughter and we did not share a bed. Maybe it would help if at the time of booking the question is asked as to how many of the beds will be used?

So nothing that actually spoiled our holiday, just a couple of minor niggles. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
