A great holiday well worth the money we paid, can not say enough of how highly we would recommend this to family and friends can not wait to visit again in the summer..
The accommodation was better than we could ever imagine it was so spacious and value for money
The caravan was a real surprise, it was lovely, clean, beds made a proper cooker and comfy sofas.
Unfortunately the people staying in the caravan before us had been smoking, so it smelt of stale smoke. The staff were brilliant and dealt with this matter immediately.
We stayed in ea7 I think it was the end caravan. I don't think it was a bronze a caravan it differed to my brothers and was much nicer.
Spent easter bank holiday weekend at robin hood...it wasnt too busy...after being told over the phone by reception I was being given a free gold upgrade with central heating I was impressed...as whilst in the quewe to check in I heard staff tell others they too had recieved one...to my surprise my van turns out to be a silver and not the same number of the upgrade so they had clearly taken that upgrade off me no central heating and the van was cold at night in bedrooms, overall I was happy with the silver it was brand new not used before, two doors were faulty and not locking reported to reception no one turned up my partner had to fix it..then the tv would not come on after reportingthis three or four times it was replaced and again none of them worked so two nights no tv, having waited in on the second day for a technical guy to come out no one did, back to reception the two female staff on young ladies were pretty gormless with nocustomer service skills whatsoever no apology for the messing about either, finally an older lady member of reception staff accepts our inconvenience and kindly offers us two nights free as good will gesture, then a chirpy chap came out to replace the tv with a brand new one brill, camp itself good children enjoy it, nightly entertainment not for us but seems busy enough, could do with more kids clubs/activities rather than just a movie morning, more bins near play area is needed, play equipment is for older children as its very high up apart from the soft play area which is good no park for under 4, s although there is lots of grassy space nearby the chalets, the shop is well stocked and good value for money the chippy is a disgrace not nice food and high prices! However the pub carveries on a sunday are lovely, regardless of its faults robin hood is a good base and better than a couple of others nearby, will be happy to return if the children want to..
Brilliant place, helpful friendly staff, plenty of things to do.
Really spacious and everthing worked - just a couple of finsishing touches that could have been addressed - such as loose trims on the the benches - but nothing extreme
no lids to the saucepans
I would highly recommend the Park. The staff are helpful and friendly and the Park itself was very clean and tidy. sit back and enjoy!!
Well impressed with the holiday camp, going again soon. Lovely for little children and even if you go without any there s a club for adults - loved it.
Nice site with friendly atmosphere. Evening Family Showbar was very nice and light and the Star Rangers were very good. Nice clean swimming pool. Was a great bank holiday weekend. Thanks.
