A lovely long weekend spent with the family, the children had a wonderful time. The staff were very helpful and had the chalets ready. They were very clean and the beds were made up ready for us The weather was so good, so we were able to explore the Island and see the magnificent views.

I had lovely time at Whitecliff Bay Isle of White. The beach is lovely and Clubhouse is nice and freiendly! Toilets and showers clean shower nice and hot. Very nice campsite!!!!!
On arrival the Window would not close in main bedroom.. Went to report straight away. Worker turned up within 5 minutes and sorted it. Overall the chalet was very clean, but floor down the side of the cooker had food on it which the cleaners should have noticed.

My Caravan was lovely but considering I paid exactly the same as my sister 2 caravans away, her one was defently not on the same scale at all, it was dated and dirty, think think should of been sorted so we payed and stayed in same accommodation .
Really surprised of the quality of caravan for the price we paid very impressed
Very good accommodation clean big good size fridge
The caravan we stayed in was a luxury caravan. It was very modern and comfortable inside. There was a bit of dust on the kitchen extractor fan. There we're no instructions for how to use the heating system and we could not locate a thermostat which was a bit of a downfall as it was a bit of a chilly morning. The caravan was good value for money.
Great, spacious caravan
Best caravan we've stayed in.
Some nice touches but limited basic equipment.
A lovely place to go with your family
Had a lovely time. Very clean chalet although under the beds could of done with a good clean. The cleaners do need to be trained on how to clean propley.
We had a fantastic time at a lovely camp. The caravan was one of the best that we have ever stayed in.
we went off season so not all the facilities were open however at £153 for the week it was excellent value. The chalet (pelham site) was old and dated (a bit hi-de-hi) but it was warm and clean and had everything we needed. The entertainment was excellent despite there only being a few guests on site. There is a bus stop directly outside the camp (buy a weekly ticket its good value) you can get anywhere on the island although it is slow. Some excellent walks around the site. We are going back next year during the summer so are looking forward to the outdoor cinema and open pool.
This was the first time we had been to the Isle of Wight. The site was very clean and staff were very friendly. Good activities for the kids during the day. Brilliant on site evening entertainment. Great views from the chalet we stayed in which was very clean and warm as we stayed in October. To get to the beech from the site you need good mobility as quite steep. Lots of interesting things to do across the Isle as well as sight seeing for all ages. Overall a fantastic family holiday.
Although the caravan was situated in the road just above the club house, thankfully due to being out of season, this was wasn't too much of a problem, but could hear the music booming out when it was on and would probably would have asked to be moved to another caravan if in high season.
Good family orientated facilities in park, although bar prices not cheap.
Fantastic place to stay.
Very pleased on arrival, did not expect this quality for the. Money! Excellent chalet, well appointed ,stroke of genius was the "welcome pack".
Enjoyed the quizzes and thought the Cabaret Act was excellent! put their heart and soul into it.Would stay again excellent base.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. Our chalet was comfortable and clean and had all of the necessary equipment for a self-catering holiday. The restaurant and club were excellent and the food was delicious. We will, definitely, return.
