Superb accommodation

The lodge was perfect. Very clean and excellent facilities. Beds made up on arrival and plenty towels. Great starter package, really didn’t need to bring much with us. Lovely size rooms with master upstairs and a double and another with en-suite. Plenty of hanging space for clothes and drawers. Lovely lounge /diner area looking out onto the lake.

Equipped with all the necessities we needed. Very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable

Absolutely perfect holiday! The lodge was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The lake is so lovely and perfect scenic backdrop. The ducks were a cute extra for my 2 year old daughter and 5 month old daughter. Lodge and rooms very spacious, each room has own bathroom. Bath was lovely free standing bath. Staff were round to clean hot tub every morning, didn’t disturb us and were very quiet when cleaning. Our lodge was right near the ongoing building of the new lodges and this did not impact us whatsoever, it’s all sectioned off, workers were extremely quite and discrete and didn’t even know they were there. The building work, although right next to our lodge did not impact on the views of the rest of the lake and lodges. Location is great, it’s close to a lot of places and within driving distance of a lot of places. We would 100% return and we have already recommended to friends, a few of which have already booked to go. Facilities in the lodge were also great in terms of cooking etc. Only thing I would suggest is to add an extra sofa, only 4 seats, which was ok for us with 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby but if 6 adults went it would be no good.

my only bit of constructive feedback which I believe you would benefit from would be to have some sort of retractable canopy or covering to cover the hottub when the weather is not so good you can still use it

Beautiful lodge with everything you need.

Booked 2 unit's for a special birthday. The unit's are exceptionally high specification fittings creating
a luxury feel, and were very clean. The actual site is well maintained and clean. The 2nd part of the site is still under construction and we did stay at weekend therefore no noise etc. Though there are no amenities yet it did not have any influence over our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the chilled weekend with family. The hot tub was a real hit for us all. The only downside was we could not book in until after 5.00pm on Friday and had to be out by 9.00 am on Monday due to COVID cleaning. But a small price to pay for a break that was desperately needed by all.

Excellent stay best lodge break we have been on, will definitely return and already booked for a different lodge next year.

Oh my days the lodge, the surroundings, the view every morning what is not to love about twin lakes.
The place was nice and clean barring some one else’s fake eyelashes on the side of the shower. The only thing we noticed missing was a hair dryer and coat hangers available at the lodge. Also Would recommend a welcome booklet for everyone to read with local information such as nearest shops, restaurants, sight seeing. Would definitely come again.

A couple of important things - no patio/decking furniture at all. This needs to be advised so clients can take some with them. I thought it was due to covid but they advised they know they need to get some. Side gate so little ones cannot walk off decking. They have them on the pet lodges but not the others. Extra crockery as only 6 of everything so if using dishwasher you would be putting on constantly which is not economical.

Everything was fabulous and it would have been 10 out of 10, if it had better outdoor furniture.

Fantastic lodge... few things could be improved... on-site bar/food... gazebo for the hot tub we had really bad rain but didn’t stop us... daily bin removal or somewhere for us to dispose of the rubbish. When we have 3 kids rubbish piled up fast. Overall a brilliant stay and very relaxing scenery.

Lovely stay at twin lakes. accomadation was stunning views on to the lake were amazing such a paceful place to stay. would highly recommend staying at twin lakes. lots of amenities close by.

The lodge is by far the best we have stayed in with a large decked area and private hot tub. Three very large bedrooms with 2 ensuite and master bathroom, tv in bedrooms, stunning views across the lake from upstairs bedroom, everything you need for an enjoyable break.

We didn’t really need to speak to the staff whilst there, quick and easy self check in. Slight disappointment was not being able to access the hot tub until 7pm on the night of arrival. Also no bathroom bins or bins in bedrooms is not ideal.

Amazing lodge, the pictures do not do them justice. Good value for money, spotless throughout, couldn’t fault a thing. Only thing I would say is there isn’t much to do around it, but there are things local if you are willing to drive 5/10 minutes!

Great holiday at this lodge. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great base for exploring the area or just sitting on the decking enjoying the view.

What a lovely place. Lodge gorgeous. A real treat. Lovely views over the lake. So peaceful and relaxing. Lodge so comfortable. The grounds are immaculate Loved watching the birds and the rabbits. Very spacious

Beautiful lodges. Great, friendly staff. Loved every minute of our holiday here. Only downside was we didn’t have long enough.

Great location. Quiet. Excellent accommodation. No on site facilities but there were plenty of supermarkets, pubs etc nearby. Great base for exploring the area. Self check in and check out and we had no need to contact staff. Staff did discreetly check the hot tub daily. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable lodge in lovely quiet park . We had good weather so it was nice relaxing and looking at the view of the lake . Nearby pub and Greenlands Farm Village at Tewitfield both good for eating out .

Lodge was beautiful and set on a lovely peaceful lake, staff were very helpful in providing a travel cot at short notice and the hot tub was perfect for a relaxing weekend with family.

Fantastic lodge and location. So peaceful, lodge has everything you need. Loved looking out at the water, spotting fish, etc Added bonus we had fantastic weather. Lots to do in the surrounding area too, lots of dog friendly places too. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back soon.
