Whitecairn Holiday Park is an excellent choice for a relaxing family holiday and a perfect base from which to explore the stunning coast and unspoiled countryside. Stranraer is just 10 miles away and is a good place for a day trip with it's leisure centre offering a range of facilities and activities and a selection of shops. Trips to Ireland are also available here.

Facilities at Whitecairn include an indoor heated pool which is ideal for rainy days and a children's play area. Trout fishing is also available on the lake at a small charge.

Accommodation is in either modern caravans or stylish lodges. The caravans are well equipped and comfortable with everything you could need for a self catering stay. The lodges offer a more spacious and luxurious option with mod cons including TV/DVD players. We like the Galloway Caravans for smaller families looking for two bedrooms while Highland 3 lodges are a good option for larger families needing more space. The Highland 3 lodge offers three bedrooms as well as a washing machine.
