Having a pet friendly caravan is not always a nice caravan!!

The caravan we stayed at was spotless and modern and the location of the site was central for days out.

Fab. Booked again for next year. The prices are family friendly.

We were upgraded to a Prestige caravan and were very pleased to find that it had two toilets - when one girl wanted to go usually the other would at the same time. The caravan was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable .

Super holiday apart from phone service

It's our first time staying in a Prestige 2 caravan. I was surprised at how close all the doors were compared to another one we've been to before at another site. However the lounge/ kitchen area was reasonable. The toilet cubicle was a bit small and could do with it being a little bigger as with the shower cubicle. The helpfulness of staff on site was the most important to us and made the stay very enjoyable indeed. My son really had a good time which was the main thing to us.

We were up graded to a platinum was fab

Our family came for a 3 night Friday-Monday break. We had a nice surprise when we got there as we had been given an upgrade on our caravan which was lovely.
The facilities are great, there is so many different activities for the kids to do that if we come again we will do a 7 night break as we couldn't fit in everything the kids wanted to do.
We ate in the pub/restaurant onsite, the food was lovely.
The evening entertainment was great for families, though the entertainment room got very warm of an evening.
We would definitely go back to this site. A good time was had by all which is great as we have a 14yo and an 8yo and neither of them were bored when we were there.

Very disappointed we didn’t get a caravan that had decking to sit out on and enjoy the good weather. Other family members had far nicer caravan at half the price of ours.

Good overall but disappointed with chip shop. Caravan very nice good kitchen and furniture. Lots of open spaces on sight and places for children to play I would come again very enjoyable holiday. Shop well stocked and long opening hours.

Brilliant . Caravan was clean and good value . The site was good for me as it is flat .

Loved it will be coming back again

Our caravan was brand new, so was perfectly clean and tidy. The fridge freezer was a decent size, with plenty of room to put your own food items. The living area was spacious with good seating areas. The bedrooms were compact, however they were well appointed. The second toilet was also very compact however nice and handy if the main bathroom was in use. The heating worked well, with a boost option to provide a little extra warmth if required. The beds were comfortable.

Lovely modern accommodation, but it wasn’t very clean when we arrived and there was still rubbish in the bin from previous occupant.

We used this as a base for walking in the southern lakes

The caravan was amazing we got a duluxe 3 and I can not fault it one bit very warm as it has central heating and very clean.

No complaints about the caravan.

Had a wonderful time. Dog loved swimming in the lake. Everything on site you need. Food was good . Not far from lakes

The caravan was clean and comfortable as it usually is when we stay there, with all the neccessary equipment. I would recommend this site to anyone.

We had a great time. Lots of activities and entertainment available. The caravan was spotless and had good facilities. Lovely location too.

The toilet had not been cleaned properly when we arrived. The photo of the caravan we paid for was the newer model so quite misleading when we arrived and furnishings were not as modern as first expected.

Lovely caravan, would definitely look to use this level of van again.

We were very pleased with our caravan. All midcons and everything we needed for the weekend.

We received a free upgrade which was an amazing surprise as it was my birthday and our daughters so it made our weekend away even more special and memorialable, we loved our stay, didn’t want to leave!!

Beautiful area, lovely caravan ,good facilities, we all had a boss time, loved it.

Clean and comfortable accommodation and surrounding facilities were well maintained.

Always like visiting this site, it has everything you could want in one place.

Lovely camp nice club caravan clean and modern comfortable The camp was clean and in easy reach to visit the Lake district the staff were very helpful and pleasant the entertainment bar was clean with nice atmosphere and good bands really enjoyed our stay
