Amazing place!!

Fantastic caravan, spotless and modern. I’d give 5 stars if WiFi was included, it’s always a pain sorting movies and music for the kids without it.

Caravan was spacious and immaculately clean.

2 bed caravan was very clean, but tiny. There were only 3 of us and we were very short on space. If i booked again, I would go for a 3 bed.

The lodge was spacious and clean.

We had a lovely ???? time children enjoyed it location was excellent

Really nice caravan. Fantastic location. Short walk from town and beach. All staff lovely. Sharp edges on tables though so be aware if you have young children. Son bent down to pick up a toy and hit his chin on the edge of the table which split it open. Complete accident but could do with some safety edging on the corners of the tables in family vans. First aider was lovely and sorted him out. Many thanks to the lovely lady who helped him.

Could have done with more baking trays. Needed shelf or cabinet in shower room, there was one in separate toilet to keep gels, shampoo etc but you had to keep going from one room to another. Liked lay out. Needed more hanging space for clothes. Overall well equipped with electricals and heating. Nice to have patio area and chairs to sit outside.

Fantastic lodge, could only be made better if mattresses were less firm

Really good place to stay with everything in walking distance which is advantage. Loads to do on site too !

Would definitely go again

We had a lovely
4 nights away. Definitely want to come back as restrictions get lifted. Lovely holiday park and definitely recommended the deer safari in snettisham.

Accommodation was great. Only problem we had was shower temp was either cold or too hot but the rest was perfect. Would definitely stay in the same accommodation again. Modern and clean. Perfect.

Been to quite a few caravan parks over the years and I would say this was one of the cleanest caravans we have stayed in. Thank you.

Can’t wait to return will definitely book again next year.

Would have liked the beds to have been made up////but otherwise very impressed

We had a great time and will definitely visit again.

One thing , trees and hedgerow could do with a trim , you only manage in September to see a bit of Sun early morning due to height of trees , rather unfortunate in 217 Cabin , apart from that all ok .

From the moment we got there I could relax everything you needed was to hand inside the caravan and out. There’s a lot to do in and around Norfolk and if you don’t mind driving you’ll enjoy yourselves for me it was all about relaxing sitting on the beach front watching the world go by.

Very clean tidy and modern

Lovely. Had no hot water on arrival but this was fixed within half an hour. Everything else was fine.

Came here mon-fri. Staff were welcoming throughout stay. Had a couple of minor issus they were dealt with promptly. Would recommend only thing is can't get in till 5 and out by 9.30. Also can't get on actual site till 2. Think should be able to be on site earlier.

Fantastic site, facilities, accommodation, staff. No complaints whatsoever.

The park is clean and well kept the caravan’s are very close together.not far to walk to sea front and Hunstanton.

We have enjoyed coming to you for years with our own children and this year we enjoyed it with our granddaughter thank you. Only issue we had was the late check in I understand the is more care needs to be taken with cleaning now but when you know your accommodation is ready and your just hanging around it becomes frustrating and not the best way to start your holiday.

great accommodation and site

Fantastic resort and excellent location right by the beach, fair and shops. We have a toddler and baby twins and there was so much for them to do. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially the pool staff. Caravan clean and spacious. The only downside was the splash pool was closed for 2 of the days of our stay due to an unforeseen maintenance issue. Nobodies fault but it was our young sons favourite activity.

I was on holiday with my elderly Mum and adult niece who has down syndrome. The Lodge was very quiet and private and spacious. The resort staff were very kind and helpful. We were blessed with wall to wall sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the outside pool which is lovely. We did find the food was a little basic and costly but went into Heacham and had a lovely meal. We have been before in a caravan and will return but only in a lodge as it was so open and airy.
