Boasting a truly impressive range of facilities, it’s easy to see why this park remains a firm family favourite and with an outstanding programme of entertainment, everyone from toddlers through to over 50s can be sure of a great time! Enjoy Brean Theme park, the largest fun park in the South West, splash about in the indoor pool complex featuring splash pool and outdoor pools and explore the glorious sandy beach just a stones throw away.

Unity Beach also hosts a sister site called Golden Sands, this is situated ¾ from the main Unity Beach resort.

Golden sands is great for those wanting an ultimate relaxing beachside holiday, all guest staying at golden sands are given a privilege pass which allows access to all the entertainment venues at Holiday Resort Unity and provides discounts to Brean Splash, Brean Play, Brean golf course and Brean Theme Park.

Also don’t miss out on RJs fabulous American themed entertainment and dining complex, indoor and outdoor pools with waterslides, 10-pin bowling, games rooms, amusement arcade, fishing lake, 18 hole golf course, fun park and gym are just some of the things to keep you amused.

Children have their own club and a free outdoor play area and the ’Sunshine Farm’ where you can come and meet our animals.

There is a Road Train service around the park during the main season.

Take a romantic beach walk, casual stroll or bike ride and enjoy the scenery which includes Brean Down, Steepholm Island, and other local points of interest.

You can even follow the nearby nature trail through the sand dunes.

The lodges are available all year round.

All staying guests are given a privilege card which gains access to all the entertainment venues and provides discounts on Brean Splash, Brean Play, Brean Golf Club and Brean Theme Park.

We loved this cosy little cottage! It’s perfectly tucked away, so you get peace but still have quick access to local shops and cafes. The hot tub was a real treat and the underfloor heating made everything extra comfy. Rob, Sharon and Bonnie were lovely hosts - can’t wait to return!

The cottage was charming and in a perfect spot for our escape-peaceful and away from the busy crowds. The hot tub was a real treat! Owners were super helpful without being intrusive. They've got it just right!

The cottage was absolutely lovely, nestled in such a peaceful spot - perfect for unwinding. The hot tub was a real highlight and the place was spotless with all the essentials. Plenty of walks nearby and in the village itself. Had a fantastic break! Would definitely recommend.

We had such a lovely stay at the cottage! The location was perfect-serene and really peaceful, just what we needed. The views of the farm and horses were a bonus. The owners were super friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Definitely a great spot for a quiet getaway, highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Goddard Mead! The cottage had everything we needed and the walks right outside were perfect. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. Lovely place!

We had such a lovely stay! The cottage was perfect-super peaceful and in a stunning spot. Loved waking up to the views of the surrounding farm and meeting the horses. The owners were genuinely friendly and really helpful. Definitely a spot we’d come back to for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay at this cottage! The owners are genuinely kind and really make you feel welcome. The place itself is adorable, with its charming half-timbered look and the shower is surprisingly powerful. The cosy kitchen and comfy bed made it perfect for relaxing after a day out. Parking right next to the cottage is super convenient and it’s spotlessly clean. Lovely walks nearby and easy trips to Thaxted - we’d definitely come back!

The cottage was lovely and peaceful, perfect for a quiet escape. Just a heads up, planes can be a bit noisy at night because of Stanstead nearby. Hot tub was a highlight!

We just got back from a week at Goddards Mead and honestly, it was lovely. The cottage had everything we needed and the hosts were super friendly. Even though it’s on a working farm, it felt like a peaceful little escape. We loved it!

We had a fantastic weekend here! The place ticked all our boxes and we really enjoyed our stay. Our dogs adored the underfloor heating and the garden was perfect for them to play. Luna was wagging her tail so much she strained it-guess she had a great time! We'll definitely be coming back, no doubt about it.

We needed a relaxing getaway with the dog and this place ticked all boxes. Lovely countryside walks, great pubs nearby and the accommodation was really comfy. Honestly, the dog didn't want to leave at all!

Very disappointed with the theme park, charged £5 to walk around the park with our grandkids who went on the rides and we did not go on any. Very disappointed and only went in the once.

We had a lovely family holiday - caravan was spacious, well-equipped, clean and well positioned to get to all the facilities and entertainment venues on site and also to the beach. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this caravan site.

Was awesome… was so happy with the van had everything u need kids loved it… only thing I didn’t like was mattresses they were like sleeping on a board so maybe bit of improvement there would be good for comfort … but other than that had a wicked time love unity :)

Overall the holiday was a good one the caravan was really nice modern and clean had everything you needed, booking with hoseason it was separate from the other built up caravans part it was quite a lot of room outside, we had to wait till 5pm to get in and it didn’t help it was the hottest day of the year lucky they let us in an hour early! the staff was very helpful they had 2 club houses rjs which very loud and full of people more performance and the tavern which was a lot more chilled and more Involvement for the kids like games dancing prizes. The beach was lovely beautiful sandy just a walk away swimming was great it had amusement parks, karting rides a ice cream parlour, sweet shack, market on Monday and Sunday! And boot sale Wednesday, has a fantastic time
