Really enjoyed our stay

We had a nice getaway, a nice change from the usual routine that can get a bit restrictive, especially with health issues like ours. The caravan itself was lovely, though we did struggle a bit with the heating controls; some clear instructions would’ve helped. Also, it could do with an air freshener - the air felt a little stale when we arrived. The double bed wasn’t the comfiest either, probably needing a new mattress really. Still, overall, a decent break!

We really enjoyed our time at Silver Birch. The staff, though not always around, were fantastic when we needed them. The caravan and park were spot on, super clean and the free WiFi was a bonus. Cheers for a great week!

We absolutely love staying at Silver Birch with our two dogs! The caravans are always spotless and well looked after. The staff are super friendly and helpful every time. Plus, there’s a shop just across the road for quick supplies. Can’t wait to come back later this year - missed our holiday there last year due to the pandemic, so we're really looking forward to it!

We honestly loved our stay here! The caravan was spotless and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing. The gated veranda was great for our dog and the patio furniture was comfy. The park was peaceful with friendly faces all around. Would definitely return!

The caravan itself was lovely, though it would’ve been handy to have some instructions on how to adjust the heating. Also, a freshener or diffuser would’ve made the air feel fresher when we arrived. the camp was just what we were looking ,- very quiet , spotless gardens , and very helpful staff that went over and above to make us feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble.

This was our second visit to silver birch and it was lovely the site is very well looked after and very clean .there is a laundry on the site and that is all but out side the site is a garage that sells everything you need.

Great 3 night break staying at Silver Birch Caravan Park. Quality static, very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location as a base, with fantastic beach walks on the doorstep.

Nice well equipped caravan on a quiet well maintained site

A beautiful site. Very well kept. Quite and peaceful. Only about 100 caravans on site. The caravan I stayed in was beautiful. Only two bedrooms, but this gave the main bedroom plenty of space, including a en -suite. The staff were brilliant and helpful. There is no club or pool on site, but there is a children's play area. It's a lovely site if your looking for a quite time away. But apparently only 3 rental vans. The rest are privately owned.

All colleagues were very friendly and helpful ? the caravan was immaculate very clean site also, my only little tiny concern was the bed probably needs a thicker mattress or more support ? very noicey oh and a thicker quilt xxxxx?

We were booked in, ahead of our allocated time (we arrived early), by a friendly member of staff. The caravan was spotless and good value, well kitted-out in the kitchen and with bed linen. The park itself is quiet, with the vast majority of caravans owned, rather than holiday rentals. The reception is not open very often, but there is an on-site warden if you have any problems. There is no on-site shop, but a nearby petrol station has a Mace store attached and Prestatyn, with plenty of shops, is a short drive away. The location is within a short-ish drive away from the likes of Conwy and Llandudno and all that the North Coast of Wales has to offer. If you want somewhere quiet and convenient to stay, with well-maintained and clean caravans (where dogs are allowed!), then Silver Birch is spot on.

Beautifully kept park with the most helpful and attentive staff. Brand new caravan with lovely, private outdoor space. About half hour walk/5 minute drive to Talacre beach and about 10 minutes drive to Prestatyn where there are supermarkets etc. Quiet site with simple amenities, perfect for us but may not be suitable if you're looking for a big holiday park with lots on site such as a clubhouse and swimming pool.

Lovely quiet caravan park in a good location. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had a gated decking which was great for our dogs. The staff there were very helpful and friendly.
