We had such a lovely stay! The house was super well equipped and really warm, which was perfect given the rainy December weather. The bath was just gorgeous and the shower was plenty big. The location’s great for dogs, especially if they hate fireworks, since it’s so remote. And honestly, hearing the planes didn’t bother us at all. Thanks a lot for a great break!

We had a lovely week at The Saddlery! The place was so welcoming and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cosy and the shower was really good. We appreciated the little touches like the welcome pack and the essentials provided. The hot tub was always spotless and checked daily, which was lovely. The only tiny thing was the ice box in the fridge needing defrosting. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back!

We had such a lovely stay at this cosy spot, tucked away in a peaceful, private setting. The owners were genuinely friendly and always ready to help if needed, but it still felt like our own little retreat. The hot tub was a real highlight after a long day of cycling. A small thing to note, though - the cottage is right under Stansted’s flight path, so there’s quite a bit of aircraft noise. It took us a couple of hours to get used to it, but it didn’t ruin our holiday at all. Would definitely recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and thoughtful welcome pack set the tone for a lovely stay. The cottages are beautifully furnished, comfy and equipped with high-quality fixtures-really felt like a home away from home. Our dogs loved it too, which was a bonus. The hot tub with its powerful jets was a real treat! It’s so close to home but felt like a proper escape. We’ll definitely be back and already recommended it to friends. Thanks a bunch!
