Broadland Holiday Village has an idyllic setting on the river banks of the Oulton Broad.  This popular park was awarded the tourist board's highest grade of excellence for the quality of the facilities on offer. This grading is not achieved lightly so you know that when you book a holiday at Broadland Holiday Village you are booking one of the best places to stay in the UK. There is something for everyone from water sports to an indoor heated pool. Other amenities include a sauna, fitness studio, clubhouse, bar, takeaway, private marina and boat launching and mooring facilities.

Close to the holiday park is Nicholas Everitt park which has tennis courts and bowling greens. For a fun family day out head for Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park in Lowestoft.

Accommodation is a choice of brick built bungalows or 2/3 bed caravans. The accommodation is cosy and suited to holidays at any time of the year. For couples the Broadside Bungalow is a good option with one double bedroom. Small families should go for the Broadsrest with one double and one single. Larger parties will like the 4 bedroom Broadslodge and three bedroom Broadsedge. And if an outdoor hot tub appeals to you then the Broadside Plus, Broadsrest Plus and Broadsmead Plus all come with their own outdoor hot tubs which are the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.

Our Top Tip
"Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park offers adrenaline boosting rides for the whole family and is a good choice for a day trip."

We had a lovely time the staff were fabulous especially Lynne who went above and beyond to help us out . My only gripe is if you have a pet friendly park let them into the bar area . As we couldn't leave our dog we ( he has anxiety issues) so we can't leave him so we couldn't enjoy the bar & restaurant. During the summer it would be ok sitting outside but not in the middle of winter so please address this as it spoilt our enjoyment of our holiday .
Steven
Nice holiday site
Joanna
Lovely compact holiday park, seconds from the marina and miles of beautiful walks. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, lovely furnishings and well equipped. Only downside was the miscommunication over whether we needed to buy cards for the electric meter, with a unexpected cut out when the remaining credit ran out, luckily it happened when the bat was open to get credit, so do check!
Andrew
Had a lovely relaxing holiday in clean accommodation and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely return
Lynn
Despite some unkind weather for our family Easter break, the warmth of welcome was wonderful - even including Easter Eggs for our grandchildren. Information was clear and staff so very helpful. The park is amazingly clean and the free access to the heated pool was great. There is a sauna and fitness gym too. Something for all ages - good birdwatching and walking as the park has direct access to Oulton Broad and footpaths, and our kids enjoyed a short train ride to Lowestoft for retail therapy! Thank you - we spent a lovely Easter break and wished it was longer.
Sue
Great place to relax.Lovely clean bungalows.
Pauline
Love it here our family has been visiting for years although smaller and now more private owned which is a shame I hope they still keep some of it available for everyone. X
Kirsty
