Other must-haves such as a toaster and kettle are also to hand. In addition to the main bathroom, a wet room with shower enhances the experience and adds convenience. Two sumptuous bedrooms are each complete with a 32" Smart TV, integrated wireless phone chargers, a double bed in one room and bunk beds in the other. Pair your own Bluetooth device to play music that either calms or invigorates for the ultimate holiday experience. Please note all hot tubs seat four people (due to being an Eco Pod the hot tub won’t be available for the first night). No pets.

Carpet was heavily stained, hoover broken, not enough plates or cutlery only had enough to be used once. smelt gas in the boiler cupboard and did report. Beds nt very comfortable and the pillows was very bad.

Lovely place to stay. Hot tub and Spa facilities are lovely.Limited entertainment for children and no evening family facilities. But great for relaxed pace and plenty of activities local to area.

The lodge was great, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. A few more utensils in the kitchen would be nice, but not essential. One of the laps was broken when we arrived but this did not affect our stay at all

Everything was really great, we loved the lodge, the beds were really comfortable. Just a little bit of (hopefully helpful) feedback. The carpet is a little loose on the stairs and I was worried the children would slip.

Plenty of cobwebs. Just could've done with a more thorough spring clean that's all. Some elements inside look a bit tired and worn but everything worked and we didn't need to ask for anything or complain

There were a few minor issues with the lodge… the hot water was too hot, to the point of scalding so we had to be very careful, particularly with the kids. The limited storage space in the bedrooms was taken up partly by spare bedding and cleaning equipment so there wasn’t space for suitcases. The hot tub was tucked away down the side of the lodge rather than on the main deck area and as a result we didn’t use it as much. The kitchen was missing a cheese grater and a bottle opener. The jack and Jill arrangement of the bathrooms meant that there were too many doors and the kids regularly forgot to unlock their door so we had to access via their bedroom and risk waking them up. None of these really affected our enjoyment of the holiday though. The living space was comfortable, cosy and spacious. I’m sure we will be back.

Lovey spacious caravan. Large sofa not very comfortable & mattress in master bedroom little on the thin side but mattresses are a very difficult thing to get right for everyone! Cosy, warm, well equipped & hot tub great addition.

Larger than the average caravan. Deer park 12 was like a show home. Dishwasher and washing machine which were very useful. Hot tub was nice but kept us up at night when it kicked in to maintain temperature. Overall nice clean place. Double bed could do with a mattress replacement.

The accommodation was good and overall very clean. We did have a few ants in the main bedroom which seemed to be getting in by the radiator in the room, but we dealt with it. The TV was getting a little old and we couldn't use our Firestick, but that didn't bother us. Everything else was amazing... great to have your won hot tub.

The superior lodge was exactly what we wanted and more! The en-suites in both double bedrooms were brilliant and having a washing machine on a very wet and muddy holiday was exactly what we needed. Lots of information available and a very comfortable stay. Our one niggle would be that the sheets didn’t stay on particularly well apart from that, brilliant!

Lodge 33 The Hampshires was comfortable and well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed that there was more than the usual standard equipment for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great and the hot tub was sparkling clean and very enjoyable. A couple of little niggles (broken switch for the en-suite fan isolator) and the dining room carpet is due for a good wash, but overall very good value for money.

The hot tub and WiFi didn’t work for the first evening and all the next day until 8pm, our autistic son couldn’t use any of the social areas due to his disability, so the two things he had been excited about he couldn’t use and this upset him and he was angry at us because of this, as we were only there for four nights, this was a quarter of our holiday ruined

It was ok, I’m guessing a onsuite and small walk in wardrobe to the master make it superior?Very basic set up, bedrooms small but perfectly adequate for 4 nights.We had a good location with only a short walk to the main facilities.

Lovely place to visit mist also add the staff we came across were very helpful, the house keeping staff were so efficient our mop was broken and within 15 minutes of me phoning them we had a new mop

Our holiday was great. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and the activities staff were super engaging and genuinely looked like they were enjoying themselves as much as we were. The only negatives I would mention (and they are minor), there weren’t many paths along the roads of the site so although walking on the grass and moving out the way of cars wasn’t a problem for us, those with younger children, buggies or wheelchairs may not find this acceptable. The walk to the stables being an example. The only other downside was the lack of evening entertainment or things for teens to do once the paid activities were over and the swimming pools had closed. There were 2 pool tables in the bar but that was it so if you haven’t come prepared with anything to do and aren’t planning on spending the evening off site there is very little for them to do. Other than that we had a fabulous week and will definitely be returning for a cheeky adults only weekend.

A lovely stay - lodges perfectly kitted out. Kids loved the pools and exploring - such a large yet quiet site. Super Staff helpful, calm and over the top with politeness. The only suggestion I would make is for a flat reasonable space for playing football which stays open while it is light say 9pm for older kids or teenagers.

Finlake never disappoints. Not been since all the new spa/pool etc added. Still lovely setting and with private lodges. The food at The Hub & The Retreat was faultless! Great to have eat in or takeaway options! Shop was well stocked (and even a huge variety of gins to choose from! The only downside was that our lodge was very basic and not cleaned particularly well before we arrived. Could have done with some selves in the bathrooms to keep all our toiletries on. Hot tub was not in good working order either. Lovely & warm but jets didn’t work. Overall, we’d definitely be back!
