There can't be many more stunning locations in the UK than Hampshire's New Forest.  Hoburne Bashley enjoys a lovely setting in a wooded estate in the New Forest and gives doorstep access to walking, cycling, golf and other outdoor activities.  You can even explore the forest on an open top bus tour.

The park itself is packed with facilities including an indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, indoor soft play, mini bowling, nature trail and much more.  There are also children's clubs to suit kids from 4 to 16.

The fabulous Platinum Plus caravans offer a deluxe base for your stay.  The 12ft caravans offer a feeling of space and the double glazing and central heating make them cosy whatever the weather.  There are also mod cons in the well equipped kitchen such as a dishwasher.

There are some fantastic attractions in this area of Hampshire.  We love Oceanarium around 10 miles from the park, where you can see species from around the world and even go down in a dive cage to take an underwater view of the ocean.

  • Indoor and outdoor heated pools
  • Hot tubs
  • Great family entertainment
  • Set in the heart of the New Forest

Could not fault the caravan. Clean comfortable well equipped and quiet
Reginald, Battle
Date of stay: 17th September 2018
We went for the self catering facility rather than the park's attractions. The staff had an unfortunate miscommunication and. of the three electrical faults that I reported, only two were fixed and one of those only after a second reminder.
Geoffrey, Essex
Date of stay: 14th September 2018
love the caravan it was very clean and well equipped loved the decking
Linda, Cheshunt
Date of stay: 7th September 2018
Our caravan was well situated, very clean, warm & comfortable. It was well equipped with basic kitchen equipment. We could have done with a dustpan and brush to clean up after two young children and a few more utensils e.g wooden spoon would have been useful. The shower was adequate but the ensuite cloakroom in the main bedroom was very tiny and using the hand admin was awkward with the cabinet directly above it.
Hannah, Bedfordshire
Date of stay: 7th September 2018
We had an amazing holiday at bashley. The place and facilities were great and our lodge was clean and roomy. Even got upgraded to a hot tub. The pools were fab even the outdoor one was heated. My daughter had a fab time. Defo recommend and will be coming back one day
Pauline, Sevenoaks
Date of stay: 3rd September 2018

Elizabeth, London

We would definitely return whilst the kids are young.
Melanie, Northampton
Date of stay: 31st August 2018
Caravan was nice and clean very comfortable beds and plenty pillows, duvets and towels. Oven and grill easy to use however kitchen equipment/cooking utensils very basic, no grater and spatulas very flimsy.
Didn't like where we had to park either and there was no path gravel or otherwise to our caravan from either road, so walking over wet grass every morning and evening.
Damien, Benfleet
Date of stay: 31st August 2018
We were very pleased with the caravan and to be honest felt spoiled. We felt it was more like a lodge than a caravan and will definitely look to book one of these caravans again.
Jamie, Newport
Date of stay: 27th August 2018

Date of stay: 13th July 2018
An excellent choice and good value in a prime location.
Jessica, Bristol
Date of stay: 13th July 2018
Could be better to locate hoover outside of smallest bedroom as v little storage available but everything else without fault. A consideration I have raised about hoseasons caravans before is the ease to which my child would be able to unlock door by themselves due to no key being required on inside but otherwise family friendly.
Dennis, Burgess Hill
Date of stay: 16th June 2018
luckily we took fan with us as caravans were very hot after being out for the day

It was perfect. New, spotlessly clean, and everything you could want to make for a nice stay. The only downside was there was no parking next to the caravan- so I had to struggle with my toddler and all of our bags.
Clare, Loughborough

Kay, Stockport
Date of stay: 11th September 2017
It was a pain not being able to park outside the caravan and having to carry all luggage along a puddle filled track
Michael, Hitchin
Date of stay: 9th September 2017
We think this is ideal for a family with children rather than OAPs

Lovely relaxing holiday
Julie, Reading
Date of stay: 30th June 2017
Only complaint is with regard to the access to the caravan from the main walkway which entailed having to walk on the grass which was very wet after the rain and also having just been cut. This meant having to discard our shoes prior to entering the caravan and generally was very messy!
Paula, Andover
Date of stay: 23rd June 2017
Good clean well kept accommodation
Rachel, Uckfield
Date of stay: 27th May 2017

Jill, Bashley
Date of stay: 27th March 2017
Very clean and homely
Debbie, Epsom
Date of stay: 24th March 2017
The caravan was very clean and great value for money. They removed one of the beds so we could fit in our travel cot (you have to make this request when booking as apparently this isn't possible in all caravans). I liked the fact the caravan had proper sofas as some caravans have bench like seating.
Jodie, Rayleigh
Date of stay: 20th March 2017
Modern clean well equipped caravan.
Christine, Worthing
Date of stay: 10th March 2017
loved the caravan so clean and spacious everything we needed was there heating was great for chilly nights aswe went early March .
Bridgette, Coventry
Date of stay: 3rd September 2016
The caravan we choose slept 6 but the dining room table was only big enough to seat 4 and only 4 dining chairs provided -

No provision for shoes or coats on entrance to caravan.
Justin, Portsmouth
Date of stay: 29th August 2016
Great van would use again.
Helen, Leicestershire
Date of stay: 23rd July 2016
The curtain pole in children's room was not well maintained and the curtain kept falling off when drawn back.

Kettle very limescaled up, such that everytime you poured a cup of something you got more limescale than you did tea/coffee :-(

Odd clump of hair in the bedroom that the hoover had missed from the previous tenants!

Nothing major or that spoiled our holiday, but were slight irritations!
Margaret, Norwich
Date of stay: 2nd July 2016
The only complaint we had concerning caravan was there were no hooks anywhere in caravan. So when we returned with wet jackets etc and when you wanted to hang things up when you had shower there was nothing.
Jemma
Date of stay: 24th June 2016
Caravan was lovely, very modern and clean. Location wasn't great next to pylons and trees so when it rained you couldn't sleep but was the caravan was certainly a high standard than I was expecting.
Heather, Dover
Date of stay: 2nd May 2016
Quiet location, handy for the new forest. Staff helpfull and friendly.Accommodation clean and comfortable.Have to book restaurant for dinner, food was ok, good portion sizes. The performing staff were really good with the kids in the clubhouse and made sure all were enjoying themselves. Entertainment ok seen better but we were early in season.Would not hesitate to go back or book another hoburne holiday.
Malcolm, West Midlands
Date of stay: 15th April 2016
We thought the little things like box of goodies, milk, and towels was great caravan was located in a nice quiet corner of the park, with easy car parking.

Thank you very much.
Sally, Brighton
Date of stay: 22nd March 2016
The caravan was really modern and very clean. Bedding and towels were soft and the beds comfortable. Shower was powerful and hot and we didn't experience any less heat of pressure even when three of us had had a shower in succession. The size of this caravan is more than adequate for a family of 4.
Paul
Date of stay: 5th March 2016
Brilliant Caravan, just a little attention to detail needed with cleaning eg: dusty glasses and a few bugs inside cups but all in all a lovely modern well equipped caravan
Christopher, Reading, Berkshire
Date of stay: 26th February 2016
Very pleasant 4 night stay in a Platinum plus 2. Extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the modern facilities in the caravan, even had free wifi.
The park had some upgrade work going on but the leisure centre was fully operational and a pleasure to use. Would stay again out of season as the park is within reach of the forest and beaches.
Carole
Good location very good caravan .Resturant closed for refurb. But was not a problem.
Paul
Holiday park was really good.Park was very clean with plenty to do. Only down fall was no public footpaths and no bus service from the site so had to have a car
Nina
A lovely park and perfect for young children.
Katie
Fantastic February break would love to go back during warmer weather but it’s just to expensive - will definitely return for another out of season break.
Janine
Brilliant place ..I can honestly say its the best site i have stayed in...My friend and i came down for a long weekend as i was scattering my parents ashes on the New Forest ...The site was a very relaxing place to stay at quite a emotional time ..I shall return ..Thank you ..
Katie
Lovely holiday park
Alicia
Fantastic place to go on holidays with the kids, however the entertainment was a lot worst than any other times we have been. No Samy or any of the characters were there, as apparently the entertainer didn't fit in the costumes.
