We really enjoyed our stay! The pod was small but super cosy, perfect for relaxing. The view from the window and hot tub was gorgeous, especially at night with all the stars. Definitely a place to visit again!

Just a heads up if you're thinking of booking the riverside hot tub pod here. We ended up in what they call pod 4, which is actually quite a bit smaller and older than the shiny new one (pod 5) shown on the website. Honestly, it’s not what we expected at all. The photos and description make it seem like a spacious, modern place, but what we got was cramped and a bit tired-looking. The staff at reception did mention that many guests complain about this mix-up and that pod 4 is quite a different experience from the advertised one. We initially thought we’d been given the wrong pod altogether, but they assured us it was correct-just a common issue. Because of the size and age of the pod, it wouldn’t have been suitable for us, our dog and two people anyway. Luckily, Hoseason was helpful and managed to get us a lodge at their sister park in Fort William (Ben Nevis), which turned out to be much better. If we’d seen photos of the actual pod beforehand, we definitely wouldn’t have booked it. It’s a real shame because the ‘advertised’ pod 5 looked lovely and was apparently available. We think they should clearly list this older, smaller pod separately, with proper pictures and maybe a lower rate, so future guests aren’t disappointed. Just be aware before you book-don't assume you’ll get the same quality as the newer one!

The park was really charming and peaceful. We arrived to find an upgrade because of frozen pipes, which was a lovely surprise. The pod and hot tub were fantastic and we’d definitely love to visit again sometime. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time at the holiday park, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference. The hot tub was definitely a highlight - perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. The location is beautiful, right next to the river and close to the West Highl and Way, so it’s great for walks and enjoying nature. The place was spotlessly clean, which we appreciated. However, we won't be booking a pod again. Honestly, it was way too cramped for two people - looked bigger in the photos but in real life, there’s barely enough room to move around. The heater was quite noisy, ticking like a clock and kept us awake; we had to turn it off, but then we woke up freezing. We also had an issue with water - woke up one morning to no water supply and were told we needed to keep the tap running to stop it freezing again, which was pretty annoying. The sofa kept splitting apart when we tried to sleep on it and the small dining table was pretty much unusable because there was just no space. Overall, it’s the smallest and most cramped holiday home we’ve stayed in. Definitely stick to a proper lodge next time.
