I wanted a cheap dog friendly weekend away over bank holiday and found waterside, I was really worried about the reviews, I've had dog friendly caravans before and wasn't expecting the Ritz so I booked. it was a fabulous location, with awesome coastal walks in both directions, few mins walk from a little village with shops and take aways. staff were so helpful and the doggie welcome packs were a lovely touch. the caravan was clean and well postponed, it wasn't brand new and I never expected it to be, I will stay here again, we had a fabulous relaxing break, with coastal walks and a good base to explore the surrounding area, didn't use the pool or go to the club but they looked good.

Date of stay: 19th July 2014
Overall holiday was really nice, the only disappointing thing was with the caravan, when I booked it showed the caravan was complete with decking but this was not the case which was a bit of a let down as both me and my elderly mother are disabled and thought not having it frustrating.

I have visited waterside holiday park since I was a baby I am now 31 we have skipped for the last 5 years due to the park being very noisy and quite unwelcoming but with holidays being difficult with my dogs and a last minute booking my family I thought we would give it a go. Im sooo pleased we did as it has definitely turned around and we WILL be going back asap.

Very good. We had a problem with gas fire and i report this and someone came out within 10 min
Awesome location, brilliant entertainment..................wish I could afford the posh vans.
Friendly lovely staff caravan beautifully cleaned, lovely area quiet site. Will go back again
We have always used waterside and always will.
The park is set with great views and greenwalk paths along the beaches.
The staff are always helpful and caring would recommend to any one.
Excellent holiday. Bit of a problem at the start but it was soon sorted out by the excellent reception staff. Only issue that could be improved is that there is very little to do on the park.
Stayed fri till mon , had a lovely time , I would stay again
