Date of stay: 18th August 2017
Just one thing needed in the bathroom is a shelf over the washbasin to put toiletries on.
Donna, Oxfordshire
Date of stay: 18th August 2017
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. My only gripe is that there weren't any shelves or cabinets in the bathroom to put your toiletries on, just the windowsill, which is in the shower cubicle, so everything got wet. And no shelving in the bedroom, so everything had to go on the windowsill in there as well. That's all.

The Lapwing is a very comfortable chalet ideal for 2 people, nice that the TV has been upgraded to a flat screen/DVD player. Only grumble was shortage of cutlery/crockery, perhaps the inventory should be checked, but the staff were very helpful in providing more.

Date of stay: 13th September 2014
Particularly good location offering privacy ,downside being shaded by the trees.Bedroom size was known prior to visit however very difficult to move inside the room. Should any upgrades take place would suggest this is an area which could be enlarged. Welcome pack appreciated as was early entry to the caravan. On site club friendly and welcoming.

Great apartment. I was aware that there was no shower and with the two of us that was fine, however if you had more than two adults, having to run a bat each morning could be a real pain.

Fishcombe cove is a beautiful setting for a family holiday. Lovely coastal walks and pretty harbours and seaside towns. The caravan had a stunning view over Torbay lovely break kids loved the playground which had a good range of equipment and central on site. Site felt small and well appointed. Nice not to be too many other people. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor toddler pool. Thanks for a lovely break

Date of stay: 9th August 2014
The accommodation was very pleasant, But a little small and lacked storage for clothing food and toiletries, but I didn't see this as a major problem. I don't feel the entertainment or facilities were good for families where the children are in their teens, but again this wasn't important to us as we used Brixham as a base to explore Devon and Cornwall. The staff were incredibly helpful and very customer service focused. The site itself was very clean and well maintained. It's a 10 minute walk to the harbour which was lovely. We had an amazing time at Brixham, It's in a fantastic location and maybe the only thing that might let it down (dependant upon the ages of your children) would be the entertainment..
Margaret, Cardiff
Date of stay: 14th July 2014
Excellent site,a good bar and restaurant serving great food good value. Kids loved pool and play area.
Site and surroundings not really suitable for babies or toddlers in buggies. Will definitely return, beautiful seaviewfrom caravan.

Date of stay: 3rd May 2014
Some hooks on the doors would be useful for coats etc.
An modern TV with built in Freeview would be good as the reception isn't always good.
Debra
Date of stay: 21st April 2014
We really enjoyed this weekend break and would recommend it for a short break.
There is an adequate sized swimming pool and play area for children. The clubhouse staff are extremely friendly and helpful, food is typical bar meals but very nice. Entertainment was on offer but we only saw 1 act which was poor but kept my grandson amused. We had a problem with the shower on one occasion and after informing reception staff within 5 minutes it was sorted also the kettle wouldnt switch off and was replaced as efficiently.
Barbara, Bristol
Date of stay: 18th April 2014
The staff were very good ,Could do with more staff in kitchen as took over 1 hour for a plate of chips,
Small but very good
Michael
we had a fantastic 4 day break at this site 10/10 on all counts of our stay will be back as soon as we can
Chris
Great place. Lovely views and the staff were really helpful. The accommodation was excellent.
Sarah
We had a lovely two weeks at Brixham holiday park. The location was great and had a lovely cove right outside and a war museum which we all found very interesting. It was only a ten minute walk into Brixham harbour with lovely views. The caravan was adequate and the kids loved the swimming pool. The club was quite small but had some good entertainment. The only bad thing I could say was the amusements always seemed to be closed. All in all a good holiday & would go again
Laura
We had such an amazing time here. The staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming. Food is lovely. Surroundings are beautiful. The beach is just a small walk away and a walk to Brixham harbour and shops is 15 mins. It's so nice there too. The bar/entertainment venue I can imagine getting busy during high season but we cannot wait to return as soon as we can.
Sylv
We stayed in a caravan which was not new, but clean and everything was working. This is a lovely site, and very well situated. Only a few minutes from the lively fishing town of Brixham. We had a sea view which was worth every penny. The landlady was very kind, and we could eat without breaking our budget. Very relaxing. There might not be a lot to do on site for children, apart from the swimming pool and playground, but zoo, aquarium, theme parks etc not far. Without forgetting fish crabbing!
Michelle
Very small site perfect for couples and families with small children. Staff really friendly and helpful. Perfect location to explore a wonderful part of the country. Had a faboulous time chalet excellent value for money although could do with a little more in the way of heating.
Jane
Love this holiday go two to three times a year good family place staff really friendly
Dean
wonderful place to stay with great views. The staff are all very helpful and try to make your stay the best that they can.
