Ladram Bay Holiday Park

It was such a fantasic holiday we are booked for 2weeks in 2011. Looking forward to meeting the very friendly helpful staff and staying in the lovely caravans.

The apartment had a stunning sea view and was super comfy, we loved it here!

Great space, loved it

We absolutely loved the location of the apartment-so close to the shops, beach and nightlife, it was super convenient. The furnishings were cosy and the beds were really comfy. Only downside was the bathroom plumbing, which could do with some fixing. Hopefully, they’ve sorted it out by now! Definitely would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jurassic Lodge. It’s in a peaceful spot, which was perfect for us, even if it was a bit of a walk to the amenities. The kids had a great time in the hot tub and the lodge itself was spacious and comfortable. Not super fancy, but definitely good value for money. We’d come back!

Overall, we found the caravan to be a good size for our needs. The beds and sofas were comfy, which was great. The only things that bugged us a bit were the narrow corridors, small doorways and blunt kitchen knives. Still, not too bad!

The room lacked basic amenities like an iron and hair dryer, which was a bit annoying. Also, WiFi wasn’t included and our phones had no signal either.

We had a lovely stay, the mobile home was really cosy. The only thing was the settee which sagged in the middle and the mattress might be due for a change soon. Still, we enjoyed it loads!

We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it. The caravan was top-notch, though getting there from Otterton was a tad tricky, but all in all, great!

We recently stayed at this holiday park with our little one and honestly, it was a great experience. The staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome right from the start. The caravan was spotless, well kitted out and the hot tub was always nicely cleaned. There was plenty of entertainment for kids, both inside with soft play and outside with playgrounds, which kept our toddler busy all day. Booking pool time was a breeze, just a quick call to reception and we never had any issues. The on-site shop had everything we needed at reasonable prices. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but heard the fish and chips are worth trying. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here as a family of four - two adults and two little ones - and it was spot on for what we needed. The place was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen had everything we could ask for during our short stay. Definitely recommend!

The beds weren’t the comfiest, maybe they’re due a replacement soon. The bathrooms felt a bit cramped too, but overall, it’s a nice caravan.

We stayed at Ladram Sapphire 3 and loved it! The caravan was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a real treat. Definitely coming back!

We had a lovely stay! The place was spotless and really well located, right near a gorgeous beach. Kids loved the pool, soft play and park. The restaurant had a good menu and the chip shop on-site was handy. Definitely recommend!

The living space felt a bit snug with two adults, a toddler and a baby, but the views from the balcony at sunrise with a coffee were absolutely stunning! It was a bit chilly overnight, but overall, the little one loved it and we'd happily return for another stay.

We had a great first experience camping under canvas. The place was cosy, spotless and warm. Really enjoyed it, though we missed scissors and a frying pan!

Decent caravan for the price, nothing too fancy. A few crisps left behind but overall, everything functioned well. Not bad at all.

We decided to go for the apartments and honestly, they exceeded what we expected! Two spacious bedrooms, each with en-suites and TVs, modern kitchen and a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Definitely recommend!

The caravan was spotless and cosy, but sadly no towels. The outdoor space wasn’t as nice as shown, with no view and a wobbly deck. Hot tub was fantastic, though!

The caravan was pretty much perfect for us. It’s spacious, super clean and the beds were really comfy. We did buy a rubber mat for the shower though, as it was a bit slippery. Overall, quite happy with our stay!

Had a lovely holiday

Beautifully clean and tidy site even though it is a large site and is very close to the beach though that is very pebbley and quite painful to walk on, so if you`re after a nice sandy beach then Exmouth is only a short drive away. Saying that, it was nice to have some picnic benches on the beach to enjoy a picnic. Caravan was also spotless with everyday essentials for cooking supplied. Also a welcome pack of a tea towel, washing up sponge and washing up liquid. Beds and sofa were both comfortable and great to have a coffee table in the lounge area too. It was easy to book the use of the swimming pool though you aren`t able to do this until 24 hours before , but at the time we went we didn`t find this to be a problem and managed to swim everyday. You are allocated a full one hour which was perfect. The only criticism I have is that it would be nice to have some basic instructions on how to work the cooker. Ours was electric which I was quite happy with but having turned it on, found there to be no heat coming from it, this in turn tripped the elcetric and although maintenance were quick to come out they couldn`t resolve there and then. It turned out to be you have to turn the timer on, as well as the oven, which seemed odd, in order for the oven to work. Then adjust timer accordingly . We were given some gift vouchers to eat at one of the site food places to compensate but would have preferred money back for where we had eaten the night the cooker failed to work. We didn`t eat in the restaurant so can`t comment on it though fish and chip shop was nice.

We loved it here. Plenty to do, entertainment was brilliant. We booked again for next year.

Beautiful place and lovely accommodation with hot tub.the hill to the beach was a workout very steep but it didnt spoil our holiday had a lovely time didnt want to go home.

Overall a good holiday. Location is excellent. Staff were OK. Didn't like the food at the restaurants.

We had one of our best holidays here, the site is perfect for us, we loved the private beach and water sports hire. The pool and splash zone were great. We brought our dog and there were plenty of places to take him for a walk. We drove over to Sidmouth and Exmouth both towns were lovely.

Seating for adults in the children's play area is needed when supervising children playing.

Amazing location, beautiful views, very clean & tidy, great opportunity just to chill & relax

Great holiday spot with private beach, this is our second trip to Ladram Bay and we’ll definitely be back again!
