It was such a fantasic holiday we are booked for 2weeks in 2011. Looking forward to meeting the very friendly helpful staff and staying in the lovely caravans.

Didn’t expect it to be so nice, great location for amenities too

The second holiday here, will be back . my son and family also are having their 3rd break here in a few weeks time.

The caravan was perfect. Looked brand new. Everything we needed was provided.

Lovely caravan, we had a great plot with sea views and close to the facilities. Appreciated the little touch of suppling a tea towel, washing up liquid and sponges. Only thing was it had a few things broken and the bed was very soft. We also had to go buy new pillows as the ones supplied we're too thin. Having said that it has definitely not put us off and can't wait to come back again next year

The dolphin lodge was spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus.

Caravan was spot on, our cleaner was brilliant she thoroughly cleaned the caravan so it was spotless

Decent caravan. Very modern and clean on arrival. Nice layout with normal type sofas, although the dining area only had 4 seats for 6 people. The TV was adequate but small.

Caravan was spacious with lots of storage, really great location near the seafront but not loud. Bring your own supplies though, eg hand soap, towels.

Nice clean caravan. Bedrooms very small and very little storage. Great to have two toilets and hot tub great. Some small lamps would have been nice instead of using main lights. No towels provided, this should be stated before booking.

Great holiday, celebrating my son’s first birthday with family. The veranda was the perfect spot for get togethers and a family party. All the kit you could possibly need for a successful trip.

Lovely van and a bonus to.have decking and grass verge for sunbathingOnly disappointment has been the old.tv. its free view with no Internet connection, the signal here is notorious poor, so the availbe channels keep.dropping out. And the hdmi connection is so old, that firesticks can't be fitted.Change this and everything would.go.up

Had a lovely holiday

Beautifully clean and tidy site even though it is a large site and is very close to the beach though that is very pebbley and quite painful to walk on, so if you`re after a nice sandy beach then Exmouth is only a short drive away. Saying that, it was nice to have some picnic benches on the beach to enjoy a picnic. Caravan was also spotless with everyday essentials for cooking supplied. Also a welcome pack of a tea towel, washing up sponge and washing up liquid. Beds and sofa were both comfortable and great to have a coffee table in the lounge area too. It was easy to book the use of the swimming pool though you aren`t able to do this until 24 hours before , but at the time we went we didn`t find this to be a problem and managed to swim everyday. You are allocated a full one hour which was perfect. The only criticism I have is that it would be nice to have some basic instructions on how to work the cooker. Ours was electric which I was quite happy with but having turned it on, found there to be no heat coming from it, this in turn tripped the elcetric and although maintenance were quick to come out they couldn`t resolve there and then. It turned out to be you have to turn the timer on, as well as the oven, which seemed odd, in order for the oven to work. Then adjust timer accordingly . We were given some gift vouchers to eat at one of the site food places to compensate but would have preferred money back for where we had eaten the night the cooker failed to work. We didn`t eat in the restaurant so can`t comment on it though fish and chip shop was nice.

We loved it here. Plenty to do, entertainment was brilliant. We booked again for next year.

Beautiful place and lovely accommodation with hot tub.the hill to the beach was a workout very steep but it didnt spoil our holiday had a lovely time didnt want to go home.

Overall a good holiday. Location is excellent. Staff were OK. Didn't like the food at the restaurants.

We had one of our best holidays here, the site is perfect for us, we loved the private beach and water sports hire. The pool and splash zone were great. We brought our dog and there were plenty of places to take him for a walk. We drove over to Sidmouth and Exmouth both towns were lovely.

Seating for adults in the children's play area is needed when supervising children playing.
