We loved the place! Perfect location, great value and everything we needed was there. It’s really warm inside and the big TV with Sky was a bonus. Definitely recommend!

Honestly, we wanted to love this place, but it just didn’t quite hit the mark. The day we arrived, we got a call asking if we wanted bedding supplied, which we’d already paid for and then they asked if we knew where we were going. We hadn’t received any directions or info beforeh and, so it threw us off a bit. The location itself was lovely, though - nice spots to eat nearby and a gorgeous beach just steps away, which was definitely a highlight. Once we got inside the caravan, we thought it looked okay at first. It was a bit dated, but everything seemed to be there. We were a bit annoyed that the bed wasn’t made and that we had to pay extra for bedding, but it wasn’t a huge deal. However, the real letdown was how dirty it was. Cobwebs everywhere, especially on the ceilings, with resident spiders hanging about. It was pretty clear the place hadn’t been cleaned properly. We couldn’t just ignore it, so we ended up grabbing the vacuum and giving it a quick clean ourselves. Honestly, it’s not what you want to do on holiday, especially since it took all of 15 minutes. It’s a shame because the location was lovely, but the cleanliness was a major issue. We even considered leaving after the first night, but thankfully we stuck it out. Still, it’s not what we expected and we really shouldn’t have had to do such basic cleaning ourselves. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re after a hassle-free break.

The caravan was just as described and in good shape, really. Only thing missing was some hangers in the wardrobe, which would’ve been handy. Cheers!

We really enjoyed the peaceful location and lovely sea views from the caravan. It’s just a short stroll to the beach, which was perfect for us. The place was spotlessly clean and cosy, though it was quite quiet - not for everyone, maybe. Would’ve been great to have a vacuum to tackle all the sand, but otherwise, we loved it!

Roly and his wife are genuinely lovely, super helpful throughout our stay. The park's refurbishments are making it nicer and the upgrade to a van was much appreciated to escape the noise.

Great caravan, has all the essentials in the cupboards and drawers.

Really enjoyed our stay, the Chinese food was lovely and the beach was stunning. We found some fantastic spots nearby within ten miles, too. It was just a great trip all around!

We really enjoyed our stay with a stunning sea view in such peaceful surroundings. The place was super comfy and honestly, that quiet was just what we needed. If there had been a small balcony, it would’ve been perfect for a bit more privacy while relaxing outside, especially since others kept walking across our lawn area. Still, a lovely spot!
