We found the caravan to be quite well equipped, with most essentials provided. The only downside was the knives-they were pretty blunt, so we’ll bring our own next time. Beds and sofas weren’t as comfy as the last one we had, but the bedding was nice and soft and the en-suite plus deck were lovely perks!

We had a lovely stay, the caravan was spotless and felt nearly new. It’s a shame there were a few fittings missing and no towel hooks in the bathroom. Also, a coffee table would’ve been handy-had to put mugs on the floor! Still, overall, very good.

We found the place perfect for a couple, nicely decorated and well thought out. Sadly, the WiFi was pretty useless and no mobile signal at all.

Unfortunately, the cleaning was subpar, leaving the caravan less tidy than it should have been. Not great.

We had a decent holiday overall, but the lack of internet was a real pain. You couldn’t book activities unless you were an owner, which felt unfair since we paid quite a bit for the stay. It would’ve been nice if internet was included for all guests, just my opinion really.

Honestly, the staff really made our trip special. Angel was just lovely-she even signed to us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her constant check-ins and warm smile really stood out. The food was top-notch, good quality and great value for money. Ordering at the table was straightforward, which made everything stress-free. We definitely want to come back soon, it was a proper good time!

The lodge was super spacious and really comfy, we felt right at home! The ducks were adorable too.

It's a bit frustrating that we need to check everything after each visit. If a hoover was left, we’d definitely have cleared up the dog hair our dog leaves behind. Not ideal!

Really disappointing weekend. The Costa was out of stock all weekend and the caravan's flooring was tough for wheelchair access.

We really enjoyed our stay at Manor Park. The caravan was spotless and comfortable and the pool area was well-maintained. The pool was a bit on the small side for the number of caravans and letting kids splash around with inflatables and huge rubber rings wasn’t ideal. Still, it was a fun week overall!

We found the kitchen to be pretty well stocked, which was handy. The sofa and armchair were comfy enough for relaxing after a day out. The dining table and chairs were a bit on the small side, but manageable. The biggest issue was the bed situation - on the first night, we discovered the double bed was pushed right up against the wall, probably because a leg had fallen off. When I tried to lift it to check, the bed collapsed onto my arm, which was quite a shock! We had to call someone late at night to fix it and a security guy told us we might have to sleep on just the mattress. Luckily, he managed to put some legs from a single bed on the double, but it was a bit of a faff. Not ideal, but we made do!

Some of the bar staff was really lovely. The caravan we was in was very tight in the bedrooms & very far away from the club house.

Caravan was clean and plenty of space outside for parking your car and sitting outside. Location is really good no need to use your car as Tesco, beach, town is within walking distance. The downside of this park is the inconsiderate people that think it’s ok to shout and have their kids riding bikes at midnight and later. I would not recommend this holiday park to anyone wanting a good nights sleep.
