Lovely peaceful location. Well equipped but the bathroom needs updating, shower head not fixed correctly and the tiling needs replacing.

We absolutely loved Woodpecker! The view of the river from the hot tub was stunning and having a garden to relax in made it even better. The only small thing was the outdoor seating-felt a bit firm despite the cushions, but overall, its a fantastic place. Definitely a top spot for us!

The cottage was lovely, perfect for celebrating my partners 50th birthday. It felt a bit pricey for just three nights, but we splurged a little. Wouldve been nicer if the BBQ was included instead of an extra charge. Also, 50p for each coffee capsule? Bit cheeky!

We had such a lovely stay at this hidden treasure! The location is spot on, close to everything you need for a chilled out break. The Woodpecker Lodge, if you manage to book it, really is the best option - totally worth it. We took the day boat out and it was such a treat. Theres a cosy pub about ten minutes down the river, perfect for a pint and a bit of local charm. And you *must* try the Waters Edge; honestly, the food there blew us away - some of the best we've had in ages. The staff really made our trip special too, super friendly and genuinely interested in making sure we had a good time. Well definitely be coming back!

We booked at the last minute and couldnt be happier with our choice. The cottage was lovely, well-equipped and the view of the marina was stunning. The hot tub was definitely a highlight-so relaxing after a day out. The peaceful surroundings made it even better. All in all, a really great stay!

Honestly, we had a fantastic weekend at Yare View. The lodge was cosy and beautifully maintained and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The only hiccup was the smoke detectors going off at 3:30 am on Sunday-probably just an electrical glitch, nothing serious. Wed definitely come back!

We loved the cosy vibe of the cottage, its so tastefully decorated and feels super welcoming. We couldve moved in straight away! The only tiny gripe was the privacy screen at the hot tub-wouldve been lovely to have a view, but totally get why its there. Still, fantastic stay!

The cottage was really well soundproofed, so it felt super private, even with neighbours nearby. The views were totally uninterrupted, making it so peaceful. Everything inside was spotless and looked almost new, which was great. We especially loved the torch and night light - handy little touches!

We loved the peaceful vibe of the place, perfect for getting away from the hustle and reconnecting with nature. The setting is truly calming. However, the internet was a real letdown - paid extra for faster Wi-Fi but it was so weak, it made working nearly impossible. As a journalist, that was a real pain, took ages to finish even short articles. Still, overall, a lovely spot!

Stayed in Nightingale. Lovely views and great private back garden with hot tub. Recommend to take day boats out on River Yare and Bure from Wroxham. Everything in cottage that you need

The Cottage was very comfortable and relaxing, and the area was an ideal place to unwind.

We had an amazing time staying in Nightingale cottage, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything you needed and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Had a lovely relaxing week in the Kingfisher cottage. Hiring a day boat is a must, we had great day out on the river stopping for lunch on the way. Staff were very helpful.

Lovely peaceful and quiet. Accommodation is beautiful and very clean and you had everything you need. Perfect with train station on site.

Would say the mattress needs replacing and the hot tub needs adjusting as the jets had no power to sooth your joints. But I believe the accommodation is having a refurb soon.

Definitely worth a stay and hire the dayboat and pop to Norwich

Absolutely idyllic place. Great location - near by bar and restaurant and local shops, great base for driving to local places and a train station on your door step. Friendly staff and a very warm welcome. Lovely welcome pack and the staff ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Accommodation was great - clean, everything you need. Netflix was an added bonus. Back area with hot tub was great, not overlooked and larger than expected. Brilliant stay,

Third visit, so that must say something twice in summer, once twixmas late Dec/Jan. Looking forward to another visit in the future

Lovely lodge overlooking a tranquil marina. No traffic passing other than boats so very peaceful.

Had wonderful time, very peaceful, beautiful views from cottage. Was shown around by one of the team, very professional and made us very welcome. Perfect spot to visit the broads by car or boat.
