This cottage is gorgeous and fully equipped. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a single thing about it.

We booked at the last minute and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The cottage was lovely, well-equipped and the view of the marina was stunning. The hot tub was definitely a highlight-so relaxing after a day out. The peaceful surroundings made it even better. All in all, a really great stay!

Honestly, we had a fantastic weekend at Yare View. The lodge was cosy and beautifully maintained and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The only hiccup was the smoke detectors going off at 3:30 am on Sunday-probably just an electrical glitch, nothing serious. We’d definitely come back!

We stayed in the cottage for my partner's 50th birthday celebration. It was lovely, though a bit pricey for just three nights. Would’ve been better if the BBQ was included in the price. Also, paying 50p per coffee capsule felt a bit cheeky, honestly.

We absolutely loved Woodpecker! The hot tub overlooking the river was a real highlight and having a garden to relax in made all the difference. The only tiny gripe was the outdoor seating-felt a bit firm despite the cushions. Still, overall, a fantastic stay and definitely worth it for the scenery and peace!

We loved the cosy vibe of the cottage, it’s so tastefully decorated and feels super welcoming. We could’ve moved in straight away! The only tiny gripe was the privacy screen at the hot tub-would’ve been lovely to have a view, but totally get why it’s there. Still, fantastic stay!

The cottage was really well soundproofed, so it felt super private, even with neighbours nearby. The views were totally uninterrupted, making it so peaceful. Everything inside was spotless and looked almost new, which was great. We especially loved the torch and night light - handy little touches!

We loved the peaceful vibe of the place, perfect for getting away from the hustle and reconnecting with nature. The setting is truly calming. However, the internet was a real letdown - paid extra for faster Wi-Fi but it was so weak, it made working nearly impossible. As a journalist, that was a real pain, took ages to finish even short articles. Still, overall, a lovely spot!

The Cottage was very comfortable and relaxing, and the area was an ideal place to unwind.

We had an amazing time staying in Nightingale cottage, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything you needed and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Had a lovely relaxing week in the Kingfisher cottage. Hiring a day boat is a must, we had great day out on the river stopping for lunch on the way. Staff were very helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at Yare View.

Lovely peaceful and quiet. Accommodation is beautiful and very clean and you had everything you need. Perfect with train station on site. Would say the mattress needs replacing and the hot tub needs adjusting as the jets had no power to sooth your joints. But I believe the accommodation is having a refurb soon. Definitely worth a stay and hire the dayboat and pop to Norwich

Absolutely idyllic place. Great location - near by bar and restaurant and local shops, great base for driving to local places and a train station on your door step. Friendly staff and a very warm welcome. Lovely welcome pack and the staff ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Accommodation was great - clean, everything you need. Netflix was an added bonus. Back area with hot tub was great, not overlooked and larger than expected. Brilliant stay,

Lovely lodge overlooking a tranquil marina. No traffic passing other than boats so very peaceful.

Had wonderful time, very peaceful, beautiful views from cottage. Was shown around by one of the team, very professional and made us very welcome. Perfect spot to visit the broads by car or boat.
