Set in the Cornish countryside, St Agnes Holiday Park is a small and peaceful retreat within easy reach of some of the north coast’s best beaches.
The park has achieved both VisitEngland Five Star Gold and AA Five Pennant Gold ratings, as well as a VisitEngland ROSE Award 2026 and a TripAdvisor People’s Choice Award 2026. With just 20 holiday homes and 30 privately owned properties, it offers a quieter alternative to a traditional holiday park, with no clubhouse or entertainment complex.
Every holiday home has its own private hot tub and decked area with outdoor furniture. Inside, you’ll find comfortable bedrooms, spacious living areas and well-equipped kitchens. Beds are made up for your arrival, with fresh bathroom towels, separate hot tub towels and slippers all provided. Replacement towels and bedding can also be requested during your stay.
The adults-only wellness suite includes a gym, sauna and steam room and is available for £15 per stay. Younger guests can enjoy the outdoor play area.
Charlie’s Coffee Pod serves freshly made coffee, Cornish ice cream, cooked breakfasts, cream teas, cakes and homemade pizza. Take a seat in the outdoor bistro area or arrange for your order to be delivered directly to your accommodation.
Dogs are warmly welcomed at St Agnes Holiday Park, which was commended in the Dog Friendly Business of the Year category at the Cornwall Tourism Awards.

St Agnes Holiday Park is well placed for exploring Cornwall’s north coast. St Agnes village is approximately three miles away, while Perranporth and its three-mile sandy beach is around four miles from the park.
The beaches at Porthtowan and Chapel Porth are also close by, along with the historic Wheal Coates tin mine and some of the most impressive stretches of the South West Coast Path.
The Saints Trail is within walking distance of the park and provides a largely traffic-free walking and cycling route towards St Agnes and Truro. Further afield, the Eden Project and Land’s End make excellent day trips.
