Really enjoyed our stay. Nice and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. Staff were really helpful and recommended some nice places to visit. Hot tub was attended to every morning. Only problem we had was that the hot tub didn't seem to get to be heating up fully, but we can't complain as we didn't ask any staff for help.

Same reason as above with the mucky pots left in the dishwasher
Alison, Norwich
Date of stay: 21st July 2018
We booked a Deer lodge and were allocated no 33.The lodge was fabulous, spotlessly clean and well kept, with everything you need for a good stay.Loads of storage space ,fridge/ freezer, washing machine ,a decent sized bathroom with a shower in the bath. We we’re lucky enough to go on a lovely week in July and flung the windows and doors open as soon as we arrived as it was very warm inside. The lodge also had a lovely balcony/ verandah for our use.

Unfortunately we couldn’t use it much, owing to the fact the lodges are very close together and the smoke from our chain smoking neighbors continuously drifted our way, which was a real issue for us.
To sum it up a great site ,and a dog lovers and smokers paradise.
J, Littlehampton

Date of stay: 6th November 2017
Bought this a birthday gift for my partner, we had a lovely, relaxing time. Hot tub was amazing and they have a great field just up the hill to walk the dogs. New shopping centre 10mins drive away and the park managers very friendly and helpful 10/10 will be returning soon
Susan, Badgers
Date of stay: 16th October 2017
Fantastic relaxing place
Susan, West Yorkshire
Date of stay: 13th October 2017
The lodge was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with all equipment you could need. The only problem is the proximity of the other lodges. They are quite close together and, with them effectively being static caravans, you can hear your neighbours. Unfortunately, we could hear the toddler next door but one running up and down inside their lodge. I’ve had children of my own and fully understand that they are very active at that age. However, my children are grown up now, so I don’t want to have to be woken early by little ones! This is the only reason we won’t be returning here or to other ‘lodges’ of this type.
Lynne, Stoke
Date of stay: 13th October 2017
Lovely break.large lodge lovely hot tub
John, Rotherham
Date of stay: 6th October 2017
Lovely quiet area - great place to relax. Very clean accommodation - would return
Sandra
Park peaceful clean and relaxing environment
Paul
Absolutely fantastic stay, gorgeous lodge and had everything you could ask for. Ideally it be nice to have a little shop just for a few items. And the staff aren't always available. But apart from that can't fault the place..
Derek
Beautiful location, lovely lodge with all facilities, but main bed very noisy with poor springs, also steps down to the Lodge requires hand rail, otherwise nice relaxing location
Craig
Excellent lodge , peaceful and relaxing location.
Prinny
Highly recommended if you are seeking tranquility.
andy
Lovely Clean van in nice location
Petrina
Lovely quiet little place
Rachel
Lovely lodge and site as this is our 3rd visit. However disappointed as not able to book for next year on hoseasons
Richard
Excellent accommodation the only minor comments would be cutlery was very poor quality and there were no small sharp knives. Otherwise could not fault it. Perhaps the best self catering accommodation stayed in in 30 years. Quiet location with lovely field to walk around and no young children nearby making it very peaceful and relaxing.
Judith
beautiful views very quiet and peaceful.
Christopher
Loved it. We have stayed in a few lodges like this but this one was by far the best one to date, a real home from home. Great creature comforts, fixtures and fittings made it a really pleasurable stay. Couple that with great scenery, we didn’t want to leave.
Sally
The park is in a beautiful position. It is very quiet and has lovely views all around. It’s lovely to be away from everything but at the same time It is located close to shops, restaurants and take always and Richmond is only 3 miles away. The park is very clean and nicely kept with good provision for recycling. Staff were really helpful when needed but didn’t bother us either. Soon after booking I received a text from the park managers providing all the information about our stay and a contact number - I found this very helpful and reassuring.
Catherine
We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful and peaceful setting and the lodge was fabulous. Really hope to come back again.
