The lodge was perfect, the only thing I would change is the double bed which was not very comfortable.

Excellent lodge and 10 minutes from Richmond a lovely place to visit.

We have been to a number if holiday park and this is amongst the best ones we've been. It was nicely decorated and felt like home away from home. The beds we lovely as well

Really happy with the weekend away, didn't have to spend a fortune to have a family fun filled weekend away. Facilities were great and the scenery was lovely, would deffinatley go again maybe for a few days longer.

Had a great time only problem was the hot tub was not working properly on the first night a malfunction but park staff did try to rectify this

Brilliant in every way for family

We had a lovely time, it was just a shame about the weather, but no one can do anything about that.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. Staff were really helpful and recommended some nice places to visit. Hot tub was attended to every morning. Only problem we had was that the hot tub didn't seem to get to be heating up fully, but we can't complain as we didn't ask any staff for help.

Perfect holiday park and accommodation for those wishing to get away from it all. This is the best pet friendly accomdation we have been in so far,woyod definitely recommend

We booked a Deer lodge and were allocated no 33.The lodge was fabulous, spotlessly clean and well kept, with everything you need for a good stay.Loads of storage space ,fridge/ freezer, washing machine ,a decent sized bathroom with a shower in the bath. We we’re lucky enough to go on a lovely week in July and flung the windows and doors open as soon as we arrived as it was very warm inside.The lodge also had a lovely balcony/ verandah for our use.

Unfortunately we couldn’t use it much,owing to the fact the lodges are very close together and the smoke from our chain smoking neighbors continuously drifted our way, which was a real issue for us.
To sum it up a great site ,and a dog lovers and smokers paradise.

Had a lovely relaxing weekend. The lodge was large, clean and had everything you needed. Hot tub was lovely just needed a screen round to give you a little privacy.

Bought this a birthday gift for my partner, we had a lovely, relaxing time. Hot tub was amazing and they have a great field just up the hill to walk the dogs. New shopping centre 10mins drive away and the park managers very friendly and helpful 10/10 will be returning soon

Absolutely fantastic stay, gorgeous lodge and had everything you could ask for. Ideally it be nice to have a little shop just for a few items. And the staff aren't always available. But apart from that can't fault the place..

Beautiful location, lovely lodge with all facilities, but main bed very noisy with poor springs, also steps down to the Lodge requires hand rail, otherwise nice relaxing location

Lovely lodge and site as this is our 3rd visit. However disappointed as not able to book for next year on hoseasons

Excellent accommodation the only minor comments would be cutlery was very poor quality and there were no small sharp knives. Otherwise could not fault it. Perhaps the best self catering accommodation stayed in in 30 years. Quiet location with lovely field to walk around and no young children nearby making it very peaceful and relaxing.

Loved it. We have stayed in a few lodges like this but this one was by far the best one to date, a real home from home. Great creature comforts, fixtures and fittings made it a really pleasurable stay. Couple that with great scenery, we didn’t want to leave.

The park is in a beautiful position. It is very quiet and has lovely views all around. It’s lovely to be away from everything but at the same time It is located close to shops, restaurants and take always and Richmond is only 3 miles away. The park is very clean and nicely kept with good provision for recycling. Staff were really helpful when needed but didn’t bother us either. Soon after booking I received a text from the park managers providing all the information about our stay and a contact number - I found this very helpful and reassuring.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful and peaceful setting and the lodge was fabulous. Really hope to come back again.
