The place was super comfy and had all we needed for a short stay. Only hiccup was no main door key, so we used the patio doors instead. We just moved the mats around so the living room floor stayed clean. Nice little spot overall!

We stayed at Condor Lodge recently and really enjoyed it. The big decking area with the hot tub was a big plus, perfect for relaxing evenings. The master bedroom had a walk-in wardrobe, which was handy and the twin room was quite spacious. Wi-fi worked well throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a decent fridge-freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. The bathroom’s roll-top bath was lovely and the ensuite shower was surprisingly roomy for two. Definitely a place we’d return to!

We had such a lovely stay! The lodge was surprisingly spacious for just the two of us and our dog loved it too. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and even the rainy days couldn’t ruin the peaceful vibe. The hot tub was a nice touch, but honestly, the bath inside was just perfect. It’s a great spot for relaxing and unwinding and we’ll definitely return soon!

We just got back from a quick getaway during October half term and honestly, the lodge was fantastic! The decor was modern with a slight industrial vibe, making it feel really special. The hot tub was a real highlight, kept spotless with twice-daily checks and a thorough clean at the end of our stay - we loved relaxing in it. The staff were super friendly and attentive, which made everything feel even more welcoming. The nearby village was about a 15-minute walk away, offering a few small shops, pubs and a fish and chip shop. That said, since it was half term, the pubs were shut on Monday and Tuesday and the takeaway had limited hours-just 9 hours for the whole week! So, we’d definitely recommend bringing your own food supplies and cooking at the lodge. The Seasons Cafe nearby is worth a visit for a tasty bacon roll, but they close early. Overall, we had a wonderfully relaxing time!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It’s quite spacious and the decking area with the hot tub was a highlight. The kitchen had everything we needed for self-catering, which was great. A couple of minor things, like the worn flooring and some stains on the sofa, could do with a refresh, but it didn’t ruin our trip. The dog walking area was perfect for letting our pup run free and have fun. Overall, a lovely stay!

We spent a fantastic week at this place, making it our central hub while exploring mid and north Wales. The lodge was cosy, well-stocked and really comfortable. Even with Storm Denis hitting, we had a brilliant time. Definitely recommend to anyone - good value and a perfect spot for adventures around. We'll be back for sure!

Honestly, the staff at Maesmawr Farm Resort really know how to make you feel welcome. We spoke with Ceri beforeh and about planning a surprise proposal and asked if they could help with some decorations, like helium balloons and petals. Nothing was too much trouble for her, which we really appreciated. She went out of her way to organise everything, even though she didn’t have to. The room was beautifully decorated and set the perfect mood for a special weekend. The lodges themselves were spotless and modern and the hot tub was just what we needed. All in all, a fantastic stay. Thanks so much, Maesmawr Farm - we’ll definitely be back!

We found plenty to do and really enjoyed the food, especially the Indian options. Taxis can be pricey though, with some charging up to £12 just to pick us up!

We had a lovely short stay here! The place is super peaceful if you’re after some quiet, but there’s plenty nearby to keep you busy if you fancy exploring. Powys Castle is definitely worth a visit. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made our trip even better. Would recommend!

We had a fantastic weekend at this lodge! The customer service was top-notch and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The hot tub was just right-private and relaxing. The location was spot on for a getaway. Only thing missing was a thermostat, but it wasn't a big deal since we could tweak the boiler temp. Really enjoyed it!

staff are great. Super helpful and friendly. The grounds are very well kept and clean. We noticed what looked like an expansion of the farm, cannot wait to see how Marsmawr Farm will look in the future, its a beautiful place! Would highly recommend ?
Claire
Amazing location, very peaceful and relaxing. The break was for myself and 2 teenage daughters. We had such a lovely few days they didn’t want to come home. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They also went above and beyond for us. We stupidly left a bag at the local train station. I wasn’t convinced from the train conductor we would get it back. I contacted Maesmawr and they kindly picked it up for us. Definitely will return to this place. The hot tub was a huge hit and the pod was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful break.
Lissa

The lodges are beautiful and clean with everything we needed ?x

Excellent clean lodge, has everything you need inside including a fan which is always essential. Secure for the dog, modern style it’s like home from home quality wise. Bathrooms are very nice designed. Close to Shewsbury only an hour away, we went there a few days it’s lovely. Plenty of restaurants allow dogs.
Benjamin
It's an amazing site set in superb countryside. The site is modern, well maintained with friendly staff. It's an ideal site to recharge your batteries, switch off an explore Wales. The lodges are modern, well equipped and the hot tubs are ideal for unwinding and sitting in enjoying the sunset. It's value for money and already booked for next year.
Ross
Unreal place. Stayed here for a weekend. So relaxing. The lodge provides you with everything you need. Everything is spotless. Hot tub was lush. Highly recommend
Sinead
Can’t fault the holiday, wonderful place to visit with friends. Surroundings were stunning and local amenities were fine. Avoid the chippy though, chips were foul, the wait was ridiculous and they missed one of our battered sausages off the order!
Dylan
One of the best holidays we have had, loads of towns and nearby places to explore. The park was peaceful and the accomodation wad amazing
Danielle
We had a really lovely time the lodge was stunning clean and modern lovely and peaceful setting everything you needed was there I would definitely return

Due to unforeseen circumstances arrived a day later. On entering accommodation dirty laundry left just inside the door reception called and was removed virtually straight away. Noticed not enough towels for amount of people staying called reception again for another set. Had to ask again mid week they were then brought over. Hot tub lovely, big and deep abit too much chlorine in though. Accommodation was lovely tv in each room, couldn't fault it. Lovely quiet site and surroundings. All my family enjoyed themselves eespecially my whippet Would definitely book again.
