Water fitness training session: Water fitness exercise and swimming in an endless pool with one to one fitness training with Laura, Water Fitness trainer and STA Swim instructor. Sessions last 45 minutes on site in the Farm’s fitness room. £35 per session. Times can be set at check in or by email ahead of arrival.
