Comfortable stay, would recommend

We had an incredible stay at Apex Spa. The lodge is super modern and well-equipped, blending sleek design with all the tech you could want. The outdoor decking and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, honestly one of the best places we've stayed!

We had an amazing time celebrating a big birthday with friends in a lovely spot!

We had a fantastic stay! The lodge was lovely with stunning views and the hot tub was a real treat. Only tiny gripe was missing a mirror in the main bedroom and no obvious recycling bins for metal. Still, we loved it and want to return!

The lodge was lovely overall and we really enjoyed our stay. Just a heads up, we asked for a deep clean because our daughter’s allergies and there was food under the sofa, which was a bit concerning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dylan Coastal Resort! The lodge was modern and super comfortable, with a hot tub and amazing views. The spa and pool made the most of the estuary scenery, which was stunning. The staff were really helpful and the concierge service was a real bonus, especially on rainy days. Will definitely come back!

This lodge was a real gem! It’s spacious and super stylish, with everything we needed - though we did miss some mirrors in the bedrooms. The sitting area was so comfy and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for evenings outside. The hot tub was spotless and had stunning views of the estuary. Three big bedrooms with loads of storage, plus a lovely family bathroom and en-suite in the master. Definitely recommend!

Great stay, would definitely come back!

The place is pretty comfy overall, but a bit more tidying up would make it perfect. We get that the turnover can be quick, but a touch more attention to detail with cleaning would make a real difference. Still, it's a nice spot!

We had such a lovely stay at this resort! The views are truly breathtaking and the lodges are really charming, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The facilities are top-notch - the spa, pool, gym - all spotless and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the terraces with a drink in hand, soaking up the gorgeous surroundings. Dining at Milkwood House was a real highlight; both breakfast and dinner were beautifully presented, tasty and good value, with friendly and knowledgeable staff helping us out. There’s plenty to explore nearby too - Tenby, Saundersfoot and the Dylan Thomas Boathouse are all within half an hour. The village of Laugharne is just a short walk away, with shops, takeaways and a pub. All in all, a fantastic place to unwind - we’d definitely come back!

Not worth it

The place was spotless, super cosy and warm. The fixtures felt top-notch and the views over the estuary were stunning. Loved it!

We recently stayed in Epic Spa 7 and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! The lodge was super modern and had everything we could possibly need - it felt quite luxurious. We’ve already booked to come back in a week's time, this time at Dylan Spa, so that’s saying something! The hot tub was a real highlight, perfect if you love relaxing in one and even with other lodges in front, we still enjoyed lovely views of the estuary. The spa area was fantastic - honestly, some of the best I’ve been to. Heated pool, sauna, steam room, heated stone beds and a hydrotherapy pool - the views from there were stunning! We mostly had the spa to ourselves which made it even more special. We also booked a full-body massage and facial and they were absolutely top-notch - so relaxing! We had dinner in the restaurant once and the staff were incredibly friendly, fussing over our little boy which was lovely. We’re really looking forward to seeing them again soon. The concierge service was also brilliant - they took us back and forth between Milkwood House and our lodge without any hassle. The only tiny thing was that under the sofa was a bit dusty and you could tell it hadn’t been hoovered for a while - found an old bib there! But honestly, that’s a minor thing. Overall, if you’re thinking about booking, I’d say go for it - you won’t be disappointed!

We had an incredible time during our three-night family getaway. The stunning views, cosy home comforts and relaxing spa facilities really made it special. Plus, the winter sun was the cherry on top - absolutely gorgeous! We’d definitely return.

We had a lovely stay overall, but I must admit, the location is quite hilly. If you’re not keen on steep slopes, it might be a bit challenging. We found ourselves using the car quite a bit to get to the swimming area since it’s quite far from the main facilities, although they do offer a handy taxi service around the site. The lodge itself was fantastic-really well kept and comfortable. One small suggestion for improvement: adding some stairs or shortcuts, especially near Milk Wood House. We stayed there and were so close to everything, but a proper path down to the main facilities would have made things a lot easier. Still, a great place to stay!

We had a great break. The lodge had fabulous views of the estuary and the spa facilities were great. The staff at reception and at the spa/restaurant were very responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely holiday. We stayed in Ferry Hills, the view is just breathtaking and sitting in bed in the master suite looking out onto the estuary was lovely. The property was well equipped and clean. We used the spa everyday as the kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Only drawback to be honest was the sales staff chasing us trying to get us to either buy a property or a timeshare, on the second day of our holiday we were called 5 times and then several the next day- basically Until we agreed to meet them, kind of put a dampener on our holiday to be honest, it wasn’t what we were there for, we were there to relax.

Absolutely stunning setting overlooking the estuary. The lodge was top quality and the swimming pool and changing facilities were excellent. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break stay at Dylan Coastal Resort. Superb accommodation with a magnificent view which is constantly changing. A spa to completely relax in with incorporates the view. Fab helpful staff with so much to see and do in fabulous countryside. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dylan Coastal Resort. Our sonnet lodge was perfect, quiet and fely very luxury, it had everything we needed including robes and complimentary slippers. A quooker instant boiling hot water tap. The resort facilities were outstanding and the views were beautiful. Location was perfect, the castle and small town of Laugharne is within walking distance.

A fabulous lodge overlooking the most stunning coastline. Walking distance to Laugharne, great pubs and cafes. Lots of walking trails from site.
