We recently spent a really relaxing weekend celebrating my partner’s 40th birthday. The location is spot on-close to Chipping Norton, Bourton-on-the-Water and of course, Diddly Squat Farm. Plenty of lovely spots to explore nearby and coming back to the hot tub was definitely the highlight. We’ll be coming back for sure!

We loved the lodge! The facilities were great, especially the dishwasher which wasn’t listed. A lovely surprise, really made our stay enjoyable.

We’ve just finished our third visit to Bluewood Lodges and honestly, it’s becoming a favourite getaway spot. The quiet location in the Cotswolds is perfect for unwinding and being close to Chipping Norton and Stow means plenty of nice shops and cafes to explore. It’s really ideal for a relaxing break. Definitely recommend it to anyone needing a peaceful escape!

We really enjoyed our stay! The lodge was spotless, roomy and had all the essentials. The lady at reception was warm and welcoming. The peaceful setting in nature made it a perfect spot for exploring the area. Lovely experience!

We booked Campden 33 by mistake, but honestly, it’s in a nicer spot on the edge of the field.

Perfect getaway, we’d love to come back soon.

The singles were really comfortable, but the double mattress had a few issues unfortunately.

We’ve stayed at No22 a few times now and it’s always been a great experience. The lodge is cosy, clean and perfect for what we need. Thanks again!

We honestly loved our stay here! The lodge was spotless and super comfy - perfect for a cosy getaway. The surroundings are just stunning, so peaceful and calming. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help. We’ll definitely be returning, probably for a longer visit next time. Totally recommended!

We’ve stayed here for three years now and it’s honestly a lovely place. The lodge is really comfortable, nestled in a great spot within the park and it’s got everything we could ask for. Would definitely recommend!

Good selection of kitchenware and the hot tub was a nice touch. However, no other facilities like a bar or restaurant on site, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a decent stay but could use some extra amenities to make it perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay! The lodge was spotless and had all the essentials we could ask for. The only thing we’d suggest is adding a second pillow per bed in the twin rooms, just to make it perfect.

Overall, the place was pretty decent. All the fixtures seemed fine, though our hot tub was missing some lights and had a few loose fittings. Nothing too major, really.

We had such a lovely break! The lodge was really spacious and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing time. The peacefulness of the site was perfect and that private hot tub was a real highlight. The view of the countryside from the lodge was stunning. Only small thing was a couple of stains on the rug, but it didn’t spoil our stay at all. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely lodge. The location is fantastic and parking right next to the lodge is super handy. The place was well kept, though a few bits of decor could do with a refresh, but it wasn’t a big deal. The kitchen had everything we needed and the utility area was a great extra. We’d definitely come back!

Our stay at Romeo Lodge was fantastic. The place was spotless and roomy, with the sauna and hot tub being highlights. Very tranquil environment and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We’re already planning our next visit!

We loved this little park! It’s quite small, so it feels cosy and peaceful, which was perfect for us. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble - they were happy to answer our questions and help out whenever needed. The site itself was spotless and clearly well looked after; we appreciated seeing the ongoing maintenance and improvements, like the new lodges. We didn’t hear a peep from the building work and the lodges looked stunning! Only a couple of tiny things - the pillows were a bit past their best, so they were quite lumpy and some basic supplies like bin bags and extra toilet rolls in the lodge would’ve been handy. Overall, a fantastic stay, great location and we’d definitely come back!

A new lodge for 2022 with a great view and clean and modern. Hot tub was clean and topped up daily. It was possibly over chlorinated (I own a hot tub) as it was strong smelling and the cover inside shows deterioration. Check in was busy but a welcome spritzer was lovely. We didn’t get our free bottle of Prosecco until we checked out (we were not the only ones). All staff really friendly and helpful. We did make them aware our patio door wasn’t locking which was a concern when sleeping and being out and this wasn’t rectified. Could be 5* but for us the mattress was 2*. Although accommodation for 2, outside guests were allowed to visit, it would be better to have a table with 4 chairs instead of 2 chairs to eat/play games etc. The ‘welcome pack’ was too corporate ie Travelodge etc with UHT small milk pods, packets of coffee, individual packaged tea bags - a much more select local produce for example fresh bread, butter, jams, fresh pint of milk in fridge, biscuits, homemade cake etc would be excellent as I’ve had this many times before in other establishments. I would recommend Bluewood Lodges.

A really lovely place to stay. Amazing lodge. Modern and spacious. Immaculately clean. Like brand new. Peaceful and relaxing with amazing views across the countryside. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The hot tub was so good especially with a glass of bubbly from the complimentary bottle that we received for booking between June and August. Staff were friendly and professional. We had one little problem with the lock on the patio door but we rang the number in the folder and someone came out and sorted it immediately. It is in an ideal location for exploring all the beautiful Cotswold towns and villages. Really couldn’t find fault with anything about the holiday. I would totally recommend it.

We stayed in the sunset lodge for a long weekend and had a great time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the lodge was excellent. The only thing that doesn’t make it a 10/10 for us is that some of the supplies were lacking e.g. only 1 chopping board, no oven gloves, no salt and pepper, only provided 1 dishwasher tablet for the whole weekend. We had to pop out to the shop to get salt and pepper and a bag of dishwasher tablets which was not a big deal but these are basics we would expect to have included at this price level.

Absolutely enjoyed our holiday at Bluewood Lodges. The Duet lodge was clean,comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great , if you just wanted a quiet day to chill then that's what you got but there were plenty of places to visit, just a short distance if you wanted a day out. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend and we'll definitely be going back! Excellent!

Beautiful week away in the sunset Lodge nicely isolated for peace & quiet . Best hottub I've ever been in and the lodge has everything you could ever ask for. WiFi was on the weak side but nothing major. When we was there was 2 power cuts only for a few minutes but I phoned up the number and staff was so helpful. Enjoyed so much going again next week . Thank you bluewood for a cracking holiday.

Lovely lodges, so quiet and relaxing especially with the hot tubs! Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Had a power cut whilst we were there and we were kept informed as much as they could. Great location for lots of the towns in the Cotswolds.

Such a gorgeous lodge, views absolutely amazing. Total relaxation. Pub is not near though.
