My partner, dog and I have just spent 4 nights at Bron Eifion Lodges and had a cracking time!I read all the reviews after I'd booked and was worried that we'd be unable to stay in the accommodation we'd booked - so was pleasantly surprised!The staff were lovely and so easy to work with!The cabin with lovely and clean and tidy and contained all we needed - except maybe a drying rack (as the washing machine was so useful!).Watching sunsets and gazing at stars from the hot tub while listening to pheasants is now ticked off our bucket list!Watching the steam rise off the lakes and the sun wake up the glade was magical!There was plenty of room and great to have our own parking space right by the lodge.The coin metered electricity was about £10 max for the entire time we were there and definitely made you concious of how much you were using which was a great experience! Would happily return - so quiet and peaceful - surrounded by nature, perfect for dog walks and hot tubbing!Thank you for having us Bron Eifion Lodges

We recently spent four lovely nights at Bron Eifion Lodges with our dog and honestly, it was a great stay! After reading some reviews post-booking, we were a bit worried about whether our chosen accommodation would live up to expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were genuinely friendly and made everything so easy. The cabin was spotless, comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed - though a drying rack would’ve been handy since the washing machine was so useful! Watching the sunset and star-gazing from the hot tub, with the sound of pheasants in the background, was a real highlight. The lakeside views, especially with the steam rising in the morning, felt truly magical. Plus, having your own parking space right outside the lodge was a bonus. The electricity was metered and we only spent about £10 over the whole stay, which made us more mindful of our usage. It’s so peaceful and surrounded by nature - perfect for dog walks and relaxing in the hot tub. We’d definitely come back!

We loved the privacy of the pods and the hottub was just what we needed after tackling Snowden. The gentle lighting creates a stunning view of the night sky-absolutely breathtaking! Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed at the lodge recently and found it pretty well stocked with all the appliances we needed. It could definitely use a good deep clean and the mattress in the master bedroom was quite thin, but we managed to get a decent sleep after giving it a quick tidy ourselves. The hot tub was a highlight-nice and warm when we arrived, even if the jets weren’t that powerful. Overall, for the price, it was a fair stay and we enjoyed the view of the trees.

Nice little spot, well kept

We really enjoyed our stay! The lodge looks fantastic after the recent upgrades. The only minor issue was the creaking floorboards, which we underst and are tricky to fix given the building's old structure. Still, a lovely place!

Really impressed with the hot tub, it’s fantastic! Only thing we’d add is a bit more lighting around the edges, but otherwise perfect.

We stayed for a long weekend of golf and it was alright. The lodge felt a bit worn out and there was a dog smell, but honestly, it didn’t ruin our trip at all.

We loved the stunning house, it was spotless and super comfy. The hot tub was definitely a highlight!

We’ve visited Cedron Lodge numerous times and it always ticks all the boxes for us.

We stayed here last winter and found it really cosy, perfect for the cold weather. The sheltered entrance was a lifesaver. A frying pan and spatula would’ve been handy and a mat by the shower would help keep the floor dry. Good overall though!

We had a really lovely stay! Sharon and Robert made us feel so welcome, which was appreciated. The place was spotlessly clean, comfy and felt very safe for our dog Archie. The location was perfect with plenty of walks nearby and visiting Thaxted and the surrounding villages was a real treat. We definitely left feeling refreshed and relaxed after a great week away. Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this charming little cottage. The owners are genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. The place itself is beautifully kept, super cosy and spotlessly clean. We especially enjoyed the strong shower and comfy bed after long walks around the nearby fields and Thaxted. Parking right next to the cottage was a real bonus, making everything so convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Great place, felt really at home. Perfect for a chill break!

The cabin was pretty spotless and well-kept, which was great. We loved the spa and the quiet atmosphere, just a heads-up about the wet dog smell though-bring some Febreze! The lack of a dishwasher was a bit of a pain and the £1 electric meter adds up quickly, but overall, a decent self-catering spot for a getaway.

We really enjoyed staying here. The cottage is lovely and peaceful, perfect for escaping the busy city life. The hot tub was a real treat too! The owners are so friendly and respectful, they’ve got the balance just right. Definitely recommend for a relaxing break!

We had a lovely stay at this cottage! The place was super well looked after and had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the nearby walks and meeting Penelope the pig was a real highlight. The host was really friendly and communicative, making everything easy. We’ll definitely be returning, such great value. Highly recommend!

Had a great 3 night stay. Very relaxed beautiful location. The lodge are very clean and had everything you needed in them. Could do with a little updating but it was clean the bed sheets was so clean and fresh smell so nice.

Such a peaceful place to stay, perfect, the Pods are clean, cosy and everything you need would definitely return a great location to sit around and do nothing or exposure the surrounding area

Fantastic stay overall! Very warm welcome on arrival and shown all amenities. Pod was clean and well presented and had everything a person could need. I liked that the kitchen had all utensils available and had a real homely feel. Very close to town and local attractions. A gentle 20 minute stroll into town for dinner and to paddle in the sea. View from pod was amazing especially on a clear evening when you can sit in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly!

I went here with my girlfriend for her birthday & we needed a getaway that was peaceful but fun at the same time. This fit that agenda perfectly! Couldn’t of asked for a better holiday.
