Sandy Bay holiday park makes a great place to visit if you are looking for a UK holiday on a budget. The caravans are well equipped and well located with the park itself overlooking a sandy bay. The Beach Showbar is the place to head for some evening entertainment including cabarets.

Fun Days Out in Northumberland
Conundrum Farm situated up towards Berwick is an excellent choice for a fun day out and is ideal for those with younger children. Within the farm visitors can enjoy the trail and take along some food to feed the animal they meet. The friendly goats and affectionate ponies always prove popular as do the cute and cuddly lambs in the spring time. The site also has a coffee shop and a farm shop selling excellent local produce.
Go Ape is the perfect place for a day out if you have older kids or teenagers. Alnwick Castle and Gardens today are perhaps best known for their roles as Hogwarts in Harry Potter movies but have for many years been a family favourite attraction in Northumberland. The beautiful medieval castle is open to the public and during school holidays and at Christmas and Halloween a range of activities can be enjoyed including Santa's Workshop, a Pumpkin Parade, Spell Making Lessons and Owl and Bird of Prey Flying.
