We loved staying in the lodge. It was modern, spacious, clean and it had everything we needed. The fixtures and fittings were top of the range. The site itself was peaceful and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous upside down cottage. Beautiful bathroom and large hallway to stow your belongings after being out all day. Quiet surroundings

Lovely little cottage with everything we could need. If picking at things then the hot tub would be more pleasant if a little bit more private as quite a few windows overlook you in this particular cottage. Would be nice if the cottage descriptions made you aware so you could tell if there was benefit in choosing the right one.

The onsite restaurant looks just like the pictures so is very nice and the staff were lovely but we felt the food choice was a not really of the same standard as the accommodation and facilities. It was also incredibly empty most of the time which made it feel less welcoming than it otherwise might.

Pricy during the new year holiday but overall we enjoyed the stay

This cottage was outstanding in everyday and we highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and homey retreat. The location of the retreat is so private and the cottage was situated in sheltered areas of the land. The beds and quality of the bedding were very high and we felt like we were in a cloud. It was pure luxury to have the hot tub, however one note: it would be nice to have a side door to access the tub instead of the front door.

Would happily stay there again. The site was quiet, very well kept, with parking close to the accommodation.

Highly recommended and we would definitely look at returning.the staff were very attentive especially with the children.

great cottage on a fantastic site

The only issue we had was the internet cutting out on the tv when we were watching Netflix. Other than that it was amazing

In main bedroom the clothes storage is poor. Could do with a chest of drawers and more hangers. Also a light in the cupboard.

Great place lots to do

The cottage was fantastic, more than we expected to be honest, Jacuzzi in a nice spot and dead quiet! No faults with this cottage at all, would definitely have this one again if I can’t get the glasshouse!!

Comfortable good quality accommodation with a hot tub and wet room.

Spotlessly clean.

Downside was lack of food storage cupboards in the kitchen.

Cornish lodge was finished to a very high spec. The hot tub on the decking overlooking secluded fields of sheep and horses was a real treat. I would definitely recommend.

The floors and under the sofas could do with and good brushing or hoovering there were lots of bits of food about .

The decor of the restaurant was lovely and very in keeping with the beach theme. Although they provided food, found it a little expensive and nothing was cooked fresh on site.

Third stay here. Always a good holiday. Ideal location for exploring the coast.

Great location (15 minute walk into town- 20-25 mins to beach). Accommodation was super, comfy beds, good shower , everything we needed - whole apartment was warm and cosy.

Had a great stay, lovely place, would return.

We had a lovely week. Family of three including a 2yr old. We were provided with stair gates for the little one and keys to lock the windows. Cottage was a perfect size for us. We had to move our daughter in to the front room as the back room was north facing and considerably colder overnight. The swimming pool was fantastic and the little playground was ideal for toddlers. Staff were fantastic. They have a texting service which worked very well in my opinion. We would love to return, but, would hope that the predicted prices drop in line with what we paid.

Lovely accommodation and great holiday. Everything was really clean and well maintained and the staff were brilliant. It is about 2 kilometers down into Bude and to the beach so a bit far to walk with beach gear but there is lots of beach parking. Access to the site is down a single track road which needs resurfacing but other than that it's brilliant and I would love to go back.

This was our first time in Bude and staying at this site made it even better. I would highly recommend this
