The park is about average, the pool is great however I wouldn’t recommend eating on site as the restaurant was very slow and far too loud. Also the arcade is tiny and the kids got bored fast but the promenade is only a 15 minute walk away so there’s lots to do away from the park.

Can highly recommend this park. Great customer care. We had a courtesy call 3 days before our arrival and 1 day after. The staff greeting us on reception were all extremely polite friendly and helpful. Our main point of contact was Jema who always greeted us with a lovely smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Slight issue with bathroom door sticking reported it and was fixed within the hour. We had the burst of blue caravan with hot tub and it was lovely. Extremely clean modern and plenty of room. Nice little touch on arrival was the table set up with plates bowls and cutlery. We went to the clubhouse a couple of nights and the bar staff were all lovely. I made use of the adults only swim session 9-10 every morning in the outdoor heated pool which was great and all lifeguards were friendly and chatty. We paid for my teenage grandsons to do the aqua run £10 for 30 mins) well worth it as they never stopped smiling and laughing the whole session and was a good way to socialise with the other children. Fantastic Family Holiday with our Pet. Caravan and Site is really good located close to the Sea Front and dog walking beaches.Quickly checked in by really friendly staff, and Caravan was spotless when we arrived and very spacious, only downside was we didn't have any decking around it so couldn't sit outside and it was very hot.Pool area clean and tidy as well as bars/patio areas.Fish and Chip shop advertised but unfortunately it closes @ 8pm every night even in the summer so didnt use it.Overall a great caravan park and Cleethorpes was a good resort to visit!!

Very clean & comfortable. Kitchen appliances were complicated to work so it would have been nice to have instructions.

Great Lodge, good size and everything we needed. However a fan would have been appreciated due to the extremely hot weather, but otherwise everything we needed.

Absolutely fabulous just what we needed including the dog he loved the welcome pack. Caravan was in a good place very private ideal with dog could sit outside which was a bonus especially with weather.

Would be a squeeze for 8 people due to lack of storage. The single beds are very small.

Family park with choice of accommodation. The pool and play areas were well maintained.

We really enjoyed our trip, felt super safe and relaxed. Sadly, the lido wasn’t open yet - too early in the season. Still, lovely walks and gorgeous scenery!

A perfect relaxing holiday. Everything was very good.

We had a great stay at the caravan, which was super spacious, modern and spotless. The only thing was, there were no towels when we arrived and guest services were closed by then. Luckily, the next day, the staff at customer service were really friendly and brought some over to us. The hot tub was fantastic, but it would’ve been better if there was outside lighting because it got dark early, making it unsafe to use after 4pm. The site itself was beautifully maintained and really peaceful - perfect for unwinding!

Lovely caravan spacious and modern very clean. No towels upon arrival and by the time we realised guest services were closed. Asked at customer service the next day they were very friendly and helpful brought some to our caravan. Lovely hot tub the only issue we had was there was no lighting outside and because it got dark for 4pm couldn't safely use it after that time. Site was very nice well maintained and very peaceful. Lovely place to go to relax

Really enjoyed our stay, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Admittedly, visiting in November was our mistake, but the caravan was perfect!
