We had the best time and can not wait to come back next year!

Absolutely beautiful relaxing holiday

Good break away in lovely surroundings

only negative was no tin opener or remote for TV in bedroom however this did not impact the stay in anyway

We had a good break but because of Covid-19 very restricted

Leek under the sink and the kettle had a loose wire kept going out tv had bad reception on bbc 1

We got the adapted caravan for my son who is a wheel chair user very clean and at a great spot.

We had lovely time .all the girls and boys help us so much .were all so lovely.

Caravan was absolutely perfect couldn't have asked for a better caravan or area of caravan it really was everything and more.

Again slight issue with toilet door but did not affect our experience

superb experience! would recommend to anyone - we will certainly be returning

Standard furnishings and all curtain rails were wonky.

Instructions for using oven and hob would have been useful and a bin in the bathroom.

Was very relaxing and beautiful scenery but not much to do for people our age and pets could not get to the beach because husband is disabled

One of the best holidays that I have had locally. Just one thing, and this is not a complaint, but some of the thing are a little too pricey. !

We were allocated a caravan that had been updated as cleaned and ready, this was not the case. The caravan was filthy, floors and work surfaces had not been cleaned at all.The cushions in the seating area were also stained and food left on one of the couches. A sock was also left behind the foot stool - I assume from previous occupier. We reported this matter to reception, they arranged for the caravan to be cleaned later that day. Although the seating area was still stained throughout our stay. Allocating a caravan in this state is totally not acceptable, we rented a prestige caravan which is at the higher end and higher price bracket, and I expect a higher standard than what was given to us. All caravans should be spotless on arrival no matter what level you rent, but for us to pay that bit extra for a prestige and be given a filthy caravan is not acceptable, it didn't give us a great start to our family break.
I hope my review allows you to make the changes required, so your future customers can experience a more satisfactory break.

Caravan wasn't as clean as I would expect and didn't have much by way of kitchen equipment. Otherwise it was lovely, really quiet.

We all had a brilliant time and can't wait to go back.

The holiday park itself was really good but we found the reception team very unhelpful. We tried to call the park a number of times before arrival to say that we would be late and we could never get anybody to answer. We also had an issue when we had left some freezer packs in the freezer. I realised this straight away and told reception for them to say they had been 'chucked'. I can't believe the company does not keep items for a least a few days nevermind even hours. This has now cost us new freezer packs.

Good holiday my we boy loved it

Went to reception to ask if we could buy passes for bonga wonga and was told I must have just booked a stay only, I told the girl that we had booked other activities online and she just shrugged, she didn’t even bother to check this for us,on the last day, I checked our booking in envelope for a bag for laundry and out popped our 4 passes, I had 2 disappointed kids, one of which is autistic and loves the entertainment. Staff at the amusements were 10 out of 10.

Had a wonderful time. We had good weather which was great. We found plenty to do in the park but also lots to see using the park s a base.

Loads of activities to do. So many indoors so didn’t have to cancel due to bad weather. Activities team was great with the kids and joined in and made it fun. The entertainment was a bit disappointing as they was all out of time with each other and looked a bit unprofessional. But overall fab holiday.
