The holiday park itself was really good but we found the reception team very unhelpful. We tried to call the park a number of times before arrival to say that we would be late and we could never get anybody to answer. We also had an issue when we had left some freezer packs in the freezer. I realised this straight away and told reception for them to say they had been 'chucked'. I can't believe the company does not keep items for a least a few days nevermind even hours. This has now cost us new freezer packs.

Great holiday resort could do with more evening entertainment for the adults

Good holiday my we boy loved it

Went to reception to ask if we could buy passes for bonga wonga and was told I must have just booked a stay only, I told the girl that we had booked other activities online and she just shrugged, she didn’t even bother to check this for us,on the last day, I checked our booking in envelope for a bag for laundry and out popped our 4 passes, I had 2 disappointed kids, one of which is autistic and loves the entertainment. Staff at the amusements were 10 out of 10.

Had a wonderful time. We had good weather which was great. We found plenty to do in the park but also lots to see using the park s a base.

Loads of activities to do. So many indoors so didn’t have to cancel due to bad weather. Activities team was great with the kids and joined in and made it fun. The entertainment was a bit disappointing as they was all out of time with each other and looked a bit unprofessional. But overall fab holiday.
