Great staff, but parking fees could improve

Really enjoyed our stay! The lodges were spotless and cosy. We had an issue with the heating, but they sorted it quickly and moved us. Nice service!

The electric fire was broken, which made the place really cold at night. The gap around the door let in drafts. Also, only one toilet roll for six people? Not good!

Honestly, after four years visiting, this place has really gone downhill. The park was dead, nothing open at all, just workers drilling and fixing the boardwalk. The rides weren’t running and the heat was unbearable-every time we turned the heat down, they’d crank it back up. We asked about food and they said there’s no chef. Not sure if we’ll bother coming back anymore.

Overall, the stay was great, apart from a little ant issue which they managed to sort out really well. Would recommend!

We had a pretty good stay overall, though there were a few hiccups. When we arrived, the caravan was boiling hot because all the windows were shut - maybe they could leave them open after cleaning next time. Since it’s a family-friendly place, I think it’s a bit risky that the windows don’t have restrictors. Our little one, only 2, isn’t aware of the dangers and could’ve easily climbed out. Plus, when we were relaxing in the hot tub, we were a bit worried about kids being able to access the bedroom from outside - not ideal for peace of mind. Because of the heat, we had to keep the windows closed, which made our son quite sick on the first night, as he overheated. The front door lock was a bit awkward too; you twist to unlock and had to wedge chairs behind the door to keep him in safe. No child-locks on cupboards either, so he kept pulling things out, which was a little stressful. Despite these issues, the caravan itself was lovely - spacious, clean and with quirky touches like the soot and sweep accents that the kids enjoyed. The hot tub was a real highlight for us parents, a proper relaxer. We’d love to come back someday, maybe when our boy’s a bit older, so we can enjoy it more without constant worries!

We faced a few problems with the hot tub, mainly it was too cold to enjoy properly. Bit disappointed.

We loved the location and the place itself, but the shop facilities were a bit lacking. Kids' meals were a touch small, though. Would come back!

The beds and pillows are seriously comfy, we slept like logs! The lodge was spotless when we arrived, which was great. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Staff are super friendly and helpful everywhere. Lovely family spot!

The Beach House had pretty much everything we needed, which was great. At first, the WiFi was quite rubbish, but it got better towards the end of our stay. Being on the edge of the site probably didn’t help with the signal, but overall, it was a decent stay.

We had a fantastic time! The check-in process was smooth, the lodge was cosy and the hot tub was ace. The theme park was a blast too. We’d definitely come back and stay again without a second thought.

We had such a lovely family break! Plenty for the kids to do and the accommodation was spot on. The hot tub, in particular, was a real highlight-perfect whatever the weather!

The beach house was lovely and we loved the private hot tub, which was really well looked after. Definitely staying again!

Great spot, super easy to reach, staff were lovely and it’s ideal for a fun trip with mates!

Getting the weekend deal really made this stay worthwhile for us. At full price, it probably wouldn’t be worth it, honestly.

Overall, we had a really lovely weekend at Crealy Meadows. The lodge was perfect for our family and we couldn’t fault the setting. The only downside was the neighbours having a party until late, but the warden did come and handle it. Apart from that, it was a great trip and definitely worth visiting!

Really looking forward to our next trip, it was fantastic!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The place was lovely and we'd happily come back. Only thing is, the carpets could do with a proper clean, but I guess after a busy season, it’s understandable.

We had a fantastic time at Crealy Resort & Theme Park! The lodge was spotless and comfy and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile. Thanks to everyone for making our Bank Holiday weekend so special!

Excellent clean and good facilities for all

We purchased wrist bands for the duration of our stay which were great value (two adults and two children) However it would have been nice if grandparents could have gone in too without having to purchase a ticket, (or at least discounted) seeing as they wouldn't go on any rides and the other outlets all incur an extra cost anyway (arcades, cafe, etc). This is my only criticism.

All had a brilliant time. The lodge was very clean and fully equipped.

Lovely lodge clean and everything you need to cater for yourself, park is lovely and very well maintained by the friendly and helpful staff was quite expensive considering you had to pay extra to use the theme park but everyone enjoyed themselves by

It was a great holiday ,took our two grandchildren and they said it was the best holiday ever !! Lovely lodge with hot tub that was very clean,modern and well equipped,I was over the moon with a utility room and washing machine. The theme park was a short walk away definitely worth buying the wristbands for the duration. Plenty to visit within an hours drive ,with different venues close by .
