We really enjoyed our time in the superior pod with the hot tub. It had everything we needed and was spotless. The park itself is gorgeous, with a lovely indoor pool and gym. The staff were super friendly. Well definitely be back!

We stayed here for a quick weekend and honestly, it was pretty great. The place is cosy and has everything we needed, except the WiFi was a bit rubbish which was a shame. The bed was super comfy and the hot tub in the evenings was a real treat. Definitely recommend for a short escape!

North Wales is absolutely stunning, honestly. We had such a great time exploring all the beautiful spots there. Would definitely go again!

We had a lovely time at the park and the caravan's location was spot on! The only downside was the lounge carpet, which looked pretty grubby-understandable with the foot traffic and weather, but a good clean wouldve made it perfect. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

The caravan looked lovely, but the tiny toilet was a bit of a pain and getting into the bed by the window was tricky. Still, the living space and decking were fab!>

We absolutely loved our stay at Goddard Mead! The cottage had everything we needed and the walks right outside were perfect. The hosts were genuinely lovely, making us feel so welcome throughout. Brilliant trip!

This place was really cosy and well kitted out, perfect for a rainy day in December! The bath was lovely and the shower was really spacious-definitely a highlight. The location is great, especially if your dog's not a fan of fireworks, since it's pretty remote. The house itself is beautifully converted and super warm. Honestly, we had a great stay and it didnt bother us at all being near the flight path. Thanks a lot!

We loved the cosy feel of the cottage - perfect for some peace and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy local shops and eateries. The hot tub was a highlight and the underfloor heating kept everything nice and snug. Rob, Sharon and Bonnie made us feel right at home. Cant wait to return!

We had such a lovely stay at Goddard's Mead. Rob, Sharon and Bonnie really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The buildings been beautifully converted and keeps its historic charm. The location is perfect for exploring Essex, especially if you enjoy wandering through charming villages like Thaxted. Everything you could want for a relaxing break is right there. Wed definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway!

Lovely location overlooking estuary- we stayed in lodge 18. Staff friendly and helpful and site quiet even though it was school holidays. Would stay again.

Beautiful area, clean and tidy facilities with lovely helpful staff. Restaurant was delicious. Right next to the beach so we never had to travel far. Would highly recommend and are looking forward to coming back again for another visit.

Stayed here for a long weekend in one of the pods which have a private hottub. Although the pods are small it was ok for me and my partner. We would highly recommend and would definitely visit again.
Location is good too

The caravan park was exceptionally clean and tidy, the pool amazing, although only 10 meters in length. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The park was very quiet and all the other people were friendly and chatty.
We didn’t use the restaurant as they were closed due to a change in the menu.
