Lodge was acceptable although was quite dark inside and needed lights on most of the day

Fully equipped cabin, clean , comfy bed. Great hot tub.

In the hot weather would say it needs a fan or 2 but facilities are good.

Lovely lodge and surroundings, very clean and well equipped. There is a pub a mile away which was great, very friendly, but not much else to walk to.Hot tub was good, clean hot and ready to use.The only negative is you have to leave £100 deposit, this we were unaware of until arrival. Waiting for it to be returned, could take a week.

Really can't fault this place. Peace, quiet, tranquil and isolated. A great place to unwind, snd get away from the "world".

Weve stayed here before, but Otter Mill Lodge was new for us this time. The place is super clean and comfy, with decent heating, hot water and a new WiFi system which is handy. The hot tubs are spotless and a real treat after a day out. My husband really enjoyed the fishing and says its fantastic. The only downers were the mattresses, which werent very comfy and the bath/shower felt a bit tired and old. Still, weve booked again because he loves the fishing and the peaceful setting really makes it worth it!

We loved this spot! The peaceful vibe is perfect for fishing, relaxing and soaking in the hot tub. Two supermarkets nearby and the staff feel like family-always friendly and super helpful!

We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed, especially the well-stocked kitchen. The bed was super comfy and the hot tub was just what we needed for relaxation. The owners are lovely and the location is so peaceful yet close to town. Definitely recommend those fish and chips too!

We come here mainly to unwind, not fish and honestly, Badger Lodge's peaceful vibe really hits the spot. The bed is comfy, though the fridge and storage are a bit tight. A quick anti-slip mat in the shower would make things perfect. Still, we love it!

Our stay at goodiford mill was amazing.
The host couldn’t of done more. The lodges were out of this world. Quite clean. Everything you need in the lodge is there.
The hot tub was lovely and warm.
So the fishing.
If you want all day action this is the place to come. Arm ache is a understatement. Fish in superb condition too. I will most definitely be visiting for pleasure fishing along with staying at the venue.

We had an amazing time! Stayed in Beaver Lodge. Lodge is very comfortable and does have everything you need. Excellent hot tub always ready for you. Haven’t used the lakes, as we don’t fish. However, saw big fish being caught. Highly recommend this place. Very friendly and helpful owners. Thank

Beautiful ,peaceful location a only short drive to the nearby town of Cullompton .

Had a brilliant time, very relaxing and peaceful would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

Loved it have been before the place is spotless and the hot tub is massive the lovely setting is amazing really lovely walk to kentisbear through the meadow. Could not fault the place

Absolute perfect get away for any couple, simply beautiful, quiet, private and isn’t too far from anywhere to enjoy yourself! Absolutely 110% would recommend

Lovely lodge, clean and tidy with all amenities provided. Hot tub was perfect and was very easy to commute to, just off the motorway yet couldnt hear a thing when we were there. Would definitely recommend

A great place to go for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Lodges are clean, spacious and comfortable. They have everything you need for a week away with the added bonus of the hot tub. Close enough to the town if you need anything, as well as easy access to the motorway for day trips, but far enough away to avoid the noise and busyness. Plenty of outside space for children to play and explore. Staff are helpful and friendly. The perfect base for a family holiday.
