Had a great time caravan lovely and very clean. Grounds are well maintained. Staff friendly and very helpful.

The caravan was nice, not the cleanest, shower leaked, blind in toilet didn’t work, telly didn’t work, the bed in living room was like sleeping on the floor

Immaculate caravan. Fittings basic but value for what we paid. Very little storage for food items. Bathroom lovely apart from annoying squeaking of flooring

Caravan clean except for drain which was sorted by staff swiftly. Sofas not the most comfortable but beds good .

The beds were wobbly and the shower head was split but everything else was fine.

We just got back from a really relaxing four-night stay at this cottage. The hosts were super friendly but not at all intrusive-always there if you needed anything. The big fenced garden was perfect for our dog to run around freely. The place had everything we could think of, including a great BBQ one evening. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! We’re already planning to come back and have told our friends all about it. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We just got back from a week at Goddards Mead and honestly, it was lovely. The cottage had everything we needed and felt really cosy. The hosts were so friendly and even though it’s on a working farm, it’s surprisingly peaceful. We’d definitely go back!

We had a lovely stay! Sharon and Robert really made us feel at home, which was much appreciated. The place was spotlessly clean, comfy and perfect for Archie with good security. The location was just right, with so many scenic walks nearby and charming villages like Thaxted to explore. We definitely left feeling refreshed and relaxed - it was just what we needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We needed a relaxing dog walking getaway and it couldn’t have been better. The place was lovely, with great local pubs and plenty of open fields nearby. Honestly, the dog didn’t want to leave at all!

Huge shoutout to Gabrille for the fantastic job on cleaning our place before we got there. The house was spotless and we felt really comfortable staying in it. The only thing that bugged us was the tiny bedroom’s layout - the beds are narrow and the wardrobe’s position is a bit risky, I actually bumped my head on it! Luckily, it’s not the owner’s fault, just poor design from the manufacturer. Still, overall, really happy with everything!

The place itself is spotlessly clean, warm and really cosy - perfect for relaxing after exploring the surrounding fields and nearby Thaxted. Parking right next to the property was a real bonus and the shower is surprisingly powerful! Definitely a great spot for a peaceful getaway.

We found the bar staff very focussed on their tasks but not particularly chatty. The reception people were helpful and welcoming. The park had the necessary facilities and provided good value for the money we paid for our break. The entertainment was Bingo and very little else however we did not go in peak season.

We stayed there for 3 nights with kids. Thy all loved it kids play area swimming pool n amusements. We been to see white cliffs n the beach was realy nice. We all enjoyed so much

A fan week with two young children. Site was clean and well maintained. Staff were very welcoming. Caravan was very clean and to a high standard which is so important. We would definitely like to book Marlie again.

Good base for local area. Not Good for quiet break clubhouse too loud can't hear yourself think other than that we had a good break. Beach at St Mary's & dymchurch excellent & fish and chips fantastic.
