Everything about our stay was lovely. The lady that greeted us was very welcoming and friendly, the cabin was beautiful so well equipped and spacious for being a pod! Local restaurants very close by and lots of walks and not far from popping out to local shops. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a stay at this beautiful lake glamping site, and it was absolutely magical. Peaceful atmosphere made it a truly unforgettable experience. Everything was thoughtfully arranged—from the comfortable pod to the private hot tub. It was the perfect mix of nature and luxury. Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic getaway!

Nice and quiet, cabins close together but plenty of privacy with fences. Games rooms with darts board and pool table both are worn but all free to use so cant complain. Pub and a restaurant short walk away and other pubs within 15minute drive, looks like two other eateries are being opened soon. Lots of places to walk and very quiet. Everything was clean and host left us to our self with was really nice to just relax. Hot tub was on and ready to use on arrival and felt very safe with it being a gated. Local leisure centre was within 15min drive got to use gym and pool a few times while we was away.

We had everything we needed in our pod and the hot tub was lovely. The view of the lake was great we couldn't help but spend ages just watching the ducks and fish while eating outside!

We had a fantastic stay at Peacock Lake. Everything is as described, with all the facilities that you need for a relaxing break. I would highly recommend! I hope to be back in the near future.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy little pod. Helen was so welcoming, meeting us at the gate and giving us a quick tour. The pod had all we needed for a few days away and the hot tub was perfect after long walks. The ducks visiting each morning was a charming touch. The site was clean, peaceful and not overcrowded-really enjoyed our time!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space-efficient pods were perfect and having a TV with Netflix was a bonus. The sofa and bed were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub and patio just topped it off nicely.

The pods are a great use of space. Tv with Netflix. Comfy sofa and bed. Kitchen area with kettle, microwave, oven and hob. Hot tub was lovely. And patio area with table, chairs and sun loungers. Everything you could possibly need.

The TV was really good, quite smart! The bed was super comfy with loads of pillows and extra blankets, which was lovely. The shower had great pressure and the free wifi was a bonus. We’d stay again!

We had a fantastic time at this place! The cabins are really cleverly designed, making good use of the space and looking quite modern. Staying in the Swan cabin meant stunning views of the lake, which added to the relaxing vibe. The games room was a nice surprise - never thought I’d be good at darts, but we had a laugh trying! Plus, getting into Nottingham city centre was super easy with the bus stop just a minute away. Overall, we loved it here and will definitely be booking again soon. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay overall. The pods were spotless and really well kitted out, which we appreciated. The site was a bit snug, but it still felt private enough and didn’t bother us. The hot tub was properly looked after and we enjoyed relaxing in it. The communal area with the bar, pool table and log burner was a nice touch. Plus, the pubs nearby are charming and the walks along the river are perfect for a peaceful day out. Would definitely recommend!
