Comfortable stay, friendly staff!

We had a fantastic stay in this caravan! It’s really well kitted out with all the essentials, which made our trip so much easier. The beds were comfy and the bedding was spotless. Loved the big fridge freezer - just like at home! Plus, the towels and cleaning stuff were a nice touch. We’d definitely come back!

The furniture feels fresh and new, which is great. Only thing, the single beds might be a bit small for a nearly 16-year-old boy. Still, overall pretty good!

Looking forward to coming back!

Really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was spotless and comfy.

The caravan really felt like a favourite old pair of slippers-so comfy!

We stayed here recently and honestly, there were a few downsides like stains on the sofa and the fireplace being a bit tricky to operate, which made it unsafe. The twin beds are quite small for adults, so that was a bit disappointing. That said, the place has its perks-complimentary wine, a big dining table and all the kitchen stuff you need. Radiators in every room kept it cosy and the open view was lovely. Plus, the staff were really friendly. Overall, a decent stay, just a few things to watch out for!

We found it really comfy and the disabled access was great! It made everything so much easier for us and we appreciated how well it was set up. Perfect for what we needed!

Solid caravan, really impressed with the quality.

Overall, we loved the caravan - it looked stunning! A couple of doors, especially the bathroom one, needed a bit of attention since they were a bit warped and required a good shove to close. Still, great stay!

Had a fantastic few days. Peaceful location only 15 min walk to Hamble with great pubs and marina.

We had an absolutely amazing week at Mercury yacht harbour and will definitely be booking again for next year. We found it extremely clean, with very friendly and welcoming staff. Can’t wait to return!

Great place to take a short break, couldn't fault anything, I received a call the day before to say we could arrive a bit earlier, and asked to call back when we got to the car park so we could be met and shown to the lodge, the harbour is well kept and relatively peaceful, early evening can be a little noisy with Sea scouts etc nearby, but nothing to worry about, the restaurant at the harbour serves a good breakfast, but can't say what the evening meals are like as we walked into Hamble for ours.

Well presented and modern caravan, very well equipped. Immaculately clean as was the whole of the holiday park. Fabulous location, good access to the marina and close to the lovely village of Hamble. If we had one criticism it was that the mattresses on the beds were not the most comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great holiday.

A super break. Although not cheap we found it an ideal spot, slightly different from the norm. Lovely to wake up on the river so close to nature

Great setup and very helpful/welcoming staff! Although I did't use this time, electric car charging was available. I'd use again, or may even use the camp site which was equally close for accessing the water
